Chinese food was a total disappointment!!! After a long work day didn’t have the energy to cook so Chinese sounded like a quick solution opted for my wife’s favorite Thai curry chicken , #2 meal, the lady behind the counter loaded the container with rice and I made a point to tell her leave some room for the sides! Which was 2 Thai chicken, I noticed she kept scooping up peppers and cabbage so I said “put more chicken in there” got home to eat it, sure enough! There was only three small strips of chicken! I wanted to go back and get my money back but didn’t wanna fight traffic plus I didn’t have the energy due to lack of protein. I will be talking to the manager!! it should be like the subs, a specific amount of meet! At $12 I don’t expect to be wondering “where is the meat?” NOT VERY HAPPY!

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Very disrespectful and unprofessional Jasmine - Assistant Customer Service. She needs much better training in her attitude and professionalism. Jasmine does not know how to serve Publix customers, she was very nasty. It is a shame for Publix to hire employees like her, who have no sense of loyalty towards their customers and employer.

This is a small version of what I consider a standard Publix. However it still had a great selection of all the items you'd expect and I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at this location.

Thank you for the opportunity to describe the wonderful experience with Pharmacy Representative, Jasmine at the 2873 S. Orange Ave. Orlando, FL 32806 location. Jasmine's genuine concern and follow up about my mother's and aunt's vacation supply status for multiple medications displayed her dedication to not only her job, but those who she serves. Over the last few weeks, she collaborated with the insurance company and us on numerous occasions until authorization was obtained. She took the time to review the quantity of each medication and supply item to ensure that my mom and aunt would have enough to last for their extended overseas vacation. She was professional, patient, and kind at each telephone encounter. Based on these experiences, our trust in Publix Pharmacy has increased greatly. Special people like Jasmine are very much appreciated, especially with the elderly population. Please recognize her outstanding hard work and encourage others to provide similar meaningful customer experiences. Thank you for having Jasmine as a valuable team member at Publix!

2 pm noone helping 3 customers standing only young play lady making a uber order was working and nobody at the hot case everybody just kept looking at the customer standing there and nobody would own up and take a customer until I called the fry desk...I can all the way over here from winter park cause of this plaza and I knew Publix had a eatery but that was a mess I mean a mess. This just isn't representative of Publix. So now I'm eating at a bus stop lol thx guys

I love shopping at Publix, the treatment from the workers is very good and the elaborate food they sell is a 10 out of 10.

Big store, large variety of grocery items. Great deli and hot food selections. It has a few tables so you can eat right inside the store. Publix, where shopping is a pleasure and the grocery items are priced a bit higher than other stores, but you can get great deals each week on sales items and bogos.
