We order a cake, we told the lady and she marked a CHOCOLATE CAKE with raspberries fill. We also gave picture which the lady also took screenshot of, of what we want. The cake did not come the way we showed them nor did it come chocolate fill with raspberries. It was vanilla filled raspberries. Over all it was a 1/5 for us because we went in person and told the person what we wanted and she told us she understood and REPEATED what we wanted and still messed it up. I'm very disappointed with how it can out. The cake was not chocolate nor were they able to follow reference of what I wanted!

The staff here are always so very helpful and polite. Today, Patrick in Customer Service was able to resolve an issue with a product I had purchased. I was impressed by his easygoing approach and his excellent customer service skills.

I have some concerns about this Publix. I've found some of the staff to be a bit overzealous. While some are nice, I've heard them making judgments about local people, assuming they're transients, even when they don't look like it. I know there are transients around, but I think they jump to conclusions too fast. I'd rather shop at the Baldwin Park location

Long time Publix fan. This is a smaller store with some limits on goods. I am here just because of the experience I just had. Aidan was ready to go the second I walked up and we had a good conversation. Super nice young guy and the bagger was as well but I didn't glance at her name. Thanks for being kind y'all.

This is my favorite Publix in Orlando! I like the smaller format and how everything just fits together. The produce is my favorite part of the store! Everything that you usually get is here for you to enjoy.
