At this particular location, everyone is nice and friendly, which is what I love about this location. However, when it comes to couponing, I have encountered an issue where the staff claims that the threshold coupon covers all items, which I know is not accurate. Specifically, I was attempting to use the $10/$30 Kenvue digital coupon. Unfortunately, the system failed to apply the threshold coupon, and the staff had to suspend my transaction and take it to customer service. This is the second time they have stated that the threshold coupon covers all items, and they do not allow me to use any other coupons. I have attached a picture of a receipt from a different location which works beautifully.
5 Neutrogena Items:
4 -Neutrogena cleansing towelettes $7.47
1 -Neutrogena sun gel $6.99
I utilized all these coupons, including the threshold coupon, and they all applied:

[1] $10/$30 dc Kenvue
[1] $3 Promo instant saving [5X times] = $15
*I wish the staff here were properly trained on how coupons work. Refrain from making unsubstantiated claims.

Do better Publix!!! Sometimes technology doesn’t work. You guys could cash a check!!! Will never shop here again. Customer service should be to help people not make things harder. I’m so disappointed
