Do you want to know why Publix is the most trusted and highly rated supermarket, no well let me tell you why. Not only do they have the best subs, meats, and produce but let's about the people that work their, from management to the staff, these are a set of amazing individuals.
My power went out on my birthday of all days and my ice cream cake totally melted. My wife went back to the store to purchase another one and while on line she was telling them what happened and because of the amazing people they are they have it's the cake at no cost, yes no cost. A special thank you to these special people. Alanis, Rich, Valeria, and whomever trained them. Keep up the good work guys and Thank You So Much!!!
