poor selection. Puma needs to improve their lineup. On top of that if you want to do an online return they complicate it and refused my return despite being in unused condition within the return window.

Natalie, the cashier, was so helpful with my Transaction #323727. She is really quite special being able to sense a customers frustration without hearing a word! She asked me if I needed help, graciously led me to what I was looking for and then asked if I needed anything else. After what had been a very frustrating time trying to get to the outlet mall (Google maps sent me aroun on the I-4 expressway 4 times) and then trying to figure out how to get into the mall and then find Puma, I was exhausted and ready to give up. Then your lovely Natalie appeared and made my shopping experience perfect-right down to the checkout. Natalie is a wonderful employee!!! Please appreciate her!!!
