Mike and Craig are awesome to work with. Highly recommended for first timers and fitness buffs alike. Never overcrowded by design. These trainers work at your pace and will help reinforce good habits with positive attitudes.

It may look small, but Pure Energy has every piece of equipment you need, plus experienced and passionate trainers to help you get the most out of your workout and achieve your fitness goals. Michael is amazing! From the moment I first walked into his gym on July 2 he was super easy to talk to. He will push you, but not force you. My 11 year old daughter recently started coming with me on Saturdays, & Michael is working with her as well. Craig is also super cool, as well as all the clients. It’s very much got a family feel & I wouldn’t feel comfortable anywhere else.

I’ve known/trained with Michael for several years. He’s never boring and always mixes things up. Ask him for the deck of cards ?. He will train you and be your biggest support. Whatever you need, training, Bodywork/massage (so good)..he’s got you covered or his trainers are there to help as well.

Michael is awesome! From the first time I walked into his gym, after beyond glowing recommendations from 2 of my friends, he was so easy to talk to. He truly cares about my personal goals & helping to achieve them. He’s also just fun to be around. There’s a great family vibe in the gym. & Craig, the other trainer, is pretty cool too.

I have been training with Michael Berry for several years now. I have gone from 203lbs at my peak to 185lbs in 6-8 months and have been able to sustain it for two years and counting. I have improved my strength, flexibility, endurance.

I've been a client of Michael's for almost a year now. Over that year, I'm now in the best shape of my life. He developed a training routine that worked around my busy schedule, giving me the tools and guidance I needed to achieve my goals without spending hours in the gym. Working with Craig has helped me so much!! The workouts are custom and great and Craig and Michael really listen to your needs and will tailor workouts for you. Lots of functional training, lifting and boxing options. It's exciting, fun and good accountability. Its amazing how quickly your body transforms and ive gained so much strength and confidence while loosing fat. So happy to have Coach Craig apart of my life and the location is easy to find and get to with friendly and supportive patrons.

I love the atmosphere of this gym. Everybody, trainers and customers, are friendly with you and the workouts are never stagnant. I've known Michael for over 10 years and have seen him workout ages from kiddos to seasoned. He has the heart for what he does.

I started training with Michael in March of this year. I am not only amazed at the results I have accomplished thus far, but addicted to the energy that he emits.
