They should have a negative star option. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered a phone from them and keep getting the run around about being shipped this week. Every week I email them they tell me the same thing. It is shipping this week. Got a notification that a shipping label was made but no shipment. Do not use this company and do not buy a phone from straight talk unless you have it in your hands.

Very sorry company, you can't ever speak to anyone. Does not return any messages as stated with in 48 hours. You NEVER GET A RESPONSE OF ANY KIND.

If I could this company a -100 I would.
1. Sent the phone back to the Orlando store, they in return REPACKED the non working phone & sent it back to me. 2. Got an email from Anicha informing me how to return the phone, I couldn't ever get the link to get the " return slip" you need a code to get the slip DON'T WORK. ๐ฑ๐ฑ this hardest thing to get a SIMPLE REFUND. I believe that the company & it's sister company ASSURANCE WIRELESS want to FRUDTRATE you so you will stop trying to communicate with them.
Well GIVE ME MY REFUND
& I will try another wireless service.

I wish most companies are like Quality 1 their awesome fantastic and the effort the employees put out are incredible. Steve Small is one of the best people I've spoken to in business. He went beyond the call of duty over the phone. The etiquette of this fine person is simply the best from a past Tina Turner song lol OMG. My warranty will be a yr next month in early October. He totally surprised me of his great effort to offer me a Beautiful cell phone coming way I'm astonished and totally amazed by the outcome of this small matter to bring Sunshine back to a better device. The owners are awesome fantastic Character and efficient and friendly. Their simply awesome fantastic. I really appreciate it the outcome of addl assistance that surprised me like it was my birthday in February lol. Keep up the amazing work your wonderful company does as a third party vendor you should be complimented from A to Z. I'll highly recommend this fine business and hope you consider them. Personality, Effort, and quality devices and very efficient to do what it takes to make the customer smile and very happy. Congratulations ๐๐๐ nothing but a profitable fantastic future as a Company. I bought phone from Q1 LLC on November,27,2023,they not answer my calls and emails. Iโve been trying to get a refund and return the phone.no one help me. DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM Q1 LLC!!!!! They are a scam!

I never intended to do business with this company. I logged into "My Account" on Assurance Wireless website because my free phone from them was not powering on. On the Assurance website there is a link "Purchase New Phone" which, unbeknownst to the customer, takes you to a 3rd party vendor, even though Assurance Wireless branding is everywhere. The Nokia phone came with no accessories; it is not NEW. Even so, I like the phone; I want to keep it. HOWEVER, the phone is still attached to the previous service (pretty clear evidence the phone is NOT NEW). All that is needed is for Q1 to change the status on the phone, so Assurance can activate it. Seems pretty simple, YET 5 DAYS and countless emails and unreturned phone calls later, and I am still without a working phone. The folks at Assurance tried to help. Assurance wireless customers are low income. SHAME ON YOU, Q1!

Q1 LLC, Quality one wireless is a scam, They are using Assurance wireless,( who provide free cell phone service for low income families, ). If you want to buy a new phone, Assurance wireless take you to their web site, Q1 LLC,( Quality one wireless ) who sells you a old broken phone for the price of new phone, because assurance wireless tells you that only Q1 wireless (Quality one wireless) will work with their service which is NOT true, You can buy a unlock phone from any authorized cell phone dealer and get the SIM card from Assurance wireless.If you try to contact Q1 wireless (Quality one wireless), to complain, the phone number listed on their web site, all you hear is a recorded message, and music.Their live chat is a sham, they are never available to live chat.They will never return your emails either.This Scam of Q1 LLC, (Quality one wireless) is going on with the collaboration of Assurance wireless.FFC and Better business bureau, should be investigating both of these so called cell phone service providers.SHAME ON YOU, Q1 LLC, (Quality one wireless) and Assurance wireless for stealing money from poor and vulnerable people....In the mean time please stay away from Q1 LLC, (Quality one wireless ) they will take your money and run, and you will never hear from them again.

Ordered a phone and phone plan. Company shipped it FedEx 2 day. FedEx stat on the package for 4 days in Florida. Now its sitting in Colorado for the last 3 days. I contacted a customer service agent on 1/20. She said to give it one business day and then I could request a refund. On 1/22. I contacted customer service again. That agent said I would get a refund within 4-24 hours. On 1/24 I contacted customer service. They gave me the runaround. Refusing to refund me. Also told me it was my responsibility to fight with FedEx and request the package to be returned to them. Wjen I pointed out as the sender only they can request that they refused to do so.

Bought a phone on 12/21/2023 and the sent a phone already programed with the wrong phone number. I have been trying to return it but they are giving me the run around. They keep sending me to a web site that won't let me on, I have sent 10 e-mails directly to their office in Orlando with no repose, chatted with them and they referred me back to the web site I can't get on. I have called their office numerous times and they don't return my call and when they do answer they send me into a supervisors voice mail and I never get a call back. I am out 153.99 and stuck with a phone I can't use. They need to remove the word Quality from their name they have none.

They handle phone sales for ting mobile. It took me two days to get someone from their "support" department to chat about returning a defective phone. They won't promise to replace the defective phone with the same model and they want to charge me to return the defective phone. I had already spent a week with Ting mobile support trying to get the phone to make and received calls. Its never did. Take care before dealing with this company.

This place never calls you back. I have been calling, sending emails, chats, and sending contact forms for a month now. THEY NEVER RESPOND. Many of my phone settings are disabled so I can't change them. My biggest issue with not being able to change the settings is that I am not getting notifications for missed calls and voicemails. My friends ask why don't I call them back and answer my voicemail. I never know about the missed calls etc. I've had the phone for almost 3 weeks now. I checked my voicemail for the 1st time and sure enough there were 10 voicemails that I was never notified of. The first issue I had was the phone they sent me 3 weeks ago did not ship with a charger. I am on vacation now but will be returning the phone and asking for my money back.
