Worst Quest I've ever been to! They don't follow chain of custody and I had an appointment and they took about 5 walk-ins BEFORE me and I wasn't seen for 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This has to be scam!!. Wasted my time. Don’t know why the quest website has this as an operating lab address when it clearly is not. Had to go to another location and there was nobody to talk to or ask any question wasted my time!

I have been going to this location for many years and find the staff professional, competent and caring. Having read other reviews I see that there is always an occurring theme. The negative reviewers consistently failed to communicate in a proper manner. Make an appointment, know where your appointment is located, show up on time or early, be pleasant yourself, sit back and let the blood be drawn. In and out in under 15-20 minutes today. Most of those negative instances can be traced back to someone , not the phlebotomist.

I don't know how Brenda still works in this place. The customer service of this lady is horrible. I'm not sure how she's still hired here. As a first responder I do not act this way with patients. If a patient asked for something for their safety who are you to tell what's good for the patient when you have no clue what the patient has. If you want this location to have better reviews get rid of Brenda. I'm clearly not the only one mentioning her. Hope quest can make a decision and become a better establishment. A request will also be placed for her removal to the board of Orlando health and the BBB.

Absolutely terrible. Fax machine out of ink so turned away to go to another location. Other location had no availability and no one called to tell them I was coming. Dirty waiting room, rude staff, ZERO halo with checkin. Watched MULTIPLE ELDERLY patients struggle with the digital kiosk and the other patients including myself had to help them. Staff was unbothered and rude. Quest should be ASHAMED of themselves for putting profits over people. Absolutely sick to my stomach. Although finally my tech Shawn Marie was great and very sweet. Quest sucks. Shawn Marie is great.

Double check the address. Google maps takes you to the wrong location and the number listed isn't accurate. By the time I found the correct location I'd missed my appointment. Very frustrating.

Horrible company and staff. I called and asked about walk-ins and they hung up. I called again thinking the call got disconnected but no they hung up on me again. Smh bad for business.

I’m coming today to the lab in Princeton. The system give the opportunity to be walk in. But the lady is in charge said no. Last week I’m coming the other lady in charge said just need waiting more time of other have appointments. That’s no fear one yes another no by the person on charge.

Quest is the absolute worst. The staff is rude and unwilling to help. They also lost my lab so I had to get blood drawn (7 vials) a second time. Good thing patients are forced to go to them thru their insurance, otherwise they would have gone out of business a long time ago. Very disorganized, and the rude staff should all get fired and stop working in customer service jobs.

i had an appointment today at 1700 lucerne terrace circle but was unable to find the office after walking up and down lucerne terrace circle and phone numbers listed on the website are useless because you cannot talk to a person for either to get directions and or reschedule an appointment. your phone bank or teleprompter system is garbage. the derelict service "cannot be blamed on the hurricane but on egregiously bad customer service

Brenda is a chaotic, rude, loud and neurotic individual. The waiting room video tells you to mention any concerns you may have to your phlebotomy beforehand. So, I told Brenda that I have deep veins and they tend to roll. She immediately started shouting at me that veins don't roll, they move. That she was giving me a free educational class and that she's been doing this for 20 years. She shrieked that she knows all about what her job is and that she doesn't come to my job and tell me what to do. Mind you all of this was completely unsolicited. I did not argue with her, and she just felt the need to treat me with the worst bedside manner I have ever seen or even heard of so I just asked for someone else to help me. She was obviously offended that I got offended at her treatment of me. I was able to get my blood taken with an angel of a woman named Cheryl. Brenda continued to give me dirty looks and basically acting like a complete nut towards me the entire time I was there using any excuse to step into the room I was in. If you have to go there because your insurance only pays for Quest, avoid Brenda like covid, and ask for Cheryl. Cheryl made me feel very comfortable and took my blood better than anyone I've ever experienced.

No Humans Involved It is impossible for Americans With Disabilities to make an appointment. The phone tree is complex with no live operator assistance. Persons with difficulty are directed to the Website making appointment scheduling even more difficult for those with disabilities. Same day, or week, appointments are not available if you are lucky enough to figure out the complex Website.
