They did not cancel my appointment even though I was 15 mins late. I am so appreciative of that. The nurse is very experienced and efficient. No bruises at all. This is the best experience I have had with Quest compared to other locations in Northeast. Highly recommend it!

Conveniently located to downtown Orlando, service was fast!!! Having an appointment will get you in and out quickly. The location was clean and quite, I was in and out in 15 minutes after check in.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the treatment I received at the Quest Diagnostics location 1700 Lucerne Ter, Orlando, FL 32806 on Friday 3/7/25 at 2:00 PM. The person who assisted me that day was extremely rude, provided poor customer service, and discriminated against me.
During my visit, she asked me where I was from. When I told her I was from Venezuela, she responded by saying that made sense because Venezuelans have very strange names. She then proceeded to ask me, “What were your parents thinking when they gave you that name?” I was so shocked by her comment that I simply responded, “I don’t know,” and remained silent.
Overall, I was treated very poorly. Her behavior was extremely rude, and I do not understand why patients are asked about their nationality, only to then be judged, mocked, and discriminated against based on their name. It is truly disheartening, and I hope no one else has to go through a similar experience.
I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to ensure that patients are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

HORRIBLE customer service AND check-in procedures! DO NOT trust the telephone check-in text that says you don’t have to do anything but enter & wait, use their tablet! In addition, the insufficient parking is a huge turnoff. I was able to find another appointment on Semoran in Apopka. MUCH better in every way.

Easy check in process and fast service . Efficient check in and fast processing Very efficient staff the tech was very knowledgeable and friendly staff i can't recall her name I believe it was Shawna.

I'm a man's man so of course I haven't been to the doctors in 15 years. Getting set up with a primary and getting my engine tuned up and oils changed and what not. Quest diagnostics is very efficient, professional, and friendly.

I had a phlebotomist that questioned me about why I wanted to have her use a {butterfly] to draw my blood and I simply stated that I wished said device to be used and she went out to get another phlebotomist and then had her pull the blood. She seemed to have quite an attitude and I requested that I speak with the manager / supervisor / director of the facility and was told that I would have to wait in the waiting room, so I asked that a phone call be made to discuss the situation. This was approximately 12:40 PM on Thursday and was told the "Jeffrey" would call me 10 mins later and to date I still haven't heard from said person. I must say it consistently seems that I come in issues with either the person or protocols that you employ. I was told by this person that her supervisor explicitly told her not to use butterflies to draw. I am seriously considering apprising upper management and alerting them to poor customer service. If said situations continue to arise it may be necessary to move my lab service to a competitor.

Had to get bloodwork here. The only real problem I had was the parking, but that’s not really their fault, more of the fact it’s kind of nestled in a busy hospital complex. Jeffery did a great job, I’m usually a hard stick but he got me immediately. Got in quick, out even quicker.

I have never had bad service at this quest. Talia was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful at my appt.today.she made me feel comfortable, like I was visiting an old friend.(something im sure was hard to do when u r treating an old lady that faints at the sight of blood).thank u Talia!

Mahogany was one of the best professional I encountered in this center. Not only her customer service and people skills are amazing, she has angel hands. My appointment was at 7am and I was done by 7:10am great service for those who come before work. Thank you for all you do!

I really wish I got the techs name because just WOW. First I was told since I didn't have my test with me I couldn't get it done, which I kinda understood since it was my first time using quest but then when she asked me to show her the confirmation from when I bought the test and asked me to send it to the email she provided, I asked if I should screen shot it and she said no so I had asked her how I should send it to which she responded with " I'm not sure you'll have to go back to the waiting room and figure it out" which agitated me a bit but I was just confused about the whole situation so she told me to call the phone number on the confirmation. I didn't see one there so I asked what phone number.... She points to the confirmation code.... ( For example this code is something like A123-B456C-789D-EF123-G321-H456-I789 so it's clearly not a phone number) and then when I told her it's not a phone number she pointed at it again and asked me " that's not a phone number???". After that I would never trust somebody employed at quest to ever come near me with a needle. I canceled my order that moment and left incredibly angry with the whole experience. I took my business to AnyLabsNow in winter park .

Staff is great, and wait times are OK, but—parking is VERY LIMITED! Be prepared to circle around and hope.

Jacqueline Munroe had a terrible attitude. She refused to see my child because it was closing time and she would have to do a little work. Yes, I had an appointment.
A PIP should be in order for this employee. Do better Quest!
