the ad says get in and get out faster with appointments. so I get there 10 before my appointment, 30 minutes later the waiting area is full and I'm still waiting. no one there to great you. talk about cold. just a tv telling how great ur experience is going to be at quest. after another 15 minutes I couldn't wait any longer. I also like liked your commercial about it's importan to pay before you get any service. I would say worst serv ever. but there was no service

Good luck getting your Cortisol levels drawn in time. I made an appointment for 8am and had over 15 people in front of me. They had 4 people working yet scheduled 4 to 6 people every 10 minutes. Are they mad?? There’s no way they can maintain their time with such insane volume. “43 in the next 60 minutes” was on their board before I left. Not the employees faults but the organizations for giving poor patient care. SHOCKER 9:15am rolls around and I am finally called back and the tech says “your too late to do the cortisol it won’t be viable” and i corrected them and said “i specifically made my appointment at 8am to do it it was you all that were late” but of course there’s nothing to be done but schedule another appointment…hurray. But the worst part was the blood drawing experience. I have had blood taken, donated plasma, the whole nine yards, but the aggression she showed and callousness was shocking. After the fourth vial of blood my arm started really hurting and i vocalized this and she said “i should’ve drank more water” even though it was not very thick (it was 40 degrees out and the place was freezing!). So she didn’t stop. I felt like a piece of cattle being poked and sent out on 2 minutes. As a health care provider I will be very vocal about my experience to physicians i work with and i will let my patients know to avoid this place for future work ups and to do other alternatives. They don’t respect your time or your pain don’t give them your money.

The staff was amazing very friendly and efficient. The tech that did my blood work Was amazing. I am a very hard stick and it’s taking up to 13 sticks to get blood from me at times and at ORMC that actually made me come back the next day because nobody could get my blood Thank you Cheryl for being so wonderful. I wish she was there full-time but she’s a floater because she Is absolutely amazing thank you Cheryl for being so kind

I will be avoiding this location from now on. I have had two unrelated negative experiences here, over 6 months apart. My main issues have been the incompetence and attitude of the staff. On my recent visit, I received the wrong number of containers for two of the tests I had to do. The provider who called my name in the waiting room just turned around immediately after saying my name and I had to run to catch the door as it was closing. She proceeded to just walk into an exam room without me; I had to call out to see who had called me in since I didn't see anyone. On my previous visit, the staff said they could not do the test that I had correctly made an appointment for online. After saying I had to leave, they started fighting amongst themselves (in front of me), to eventually figure out that yes I was in the right place and they could do my test. I have had much better experiences at other Quest and Lab Corp locations.

Was locked out of the center during business hours and no one would let me in. Tried to call to get someone to let me in but can not get ahold of a real person. Do not come here.

I went in to do Urine for drug taste and the nurse was very rude and negative saying that she's wait for me, but thank God I was fast and she was still rude and not professional, I don't recommend this place.

So my mother went in to get blood drawn, I sent her the code to check in. She was having a hard time on how to scan the code. She calls me all worried and panicking. I told her ask for help at the desk. Next thing she tells me is that they didn't want to help her, that she's taking too long in checking in, "we don't work like that". My mother is 58 with ailments. The care quality is sad. There are some good nurses there that have always treated her well. But this particular nurse gave her a hard time.

Did a walk in appointment and was expected to wait up to a couple hours and but was in and out for about 30 -35 minutes. Also the nurse I had worked with was very nice. Very nice clean waiting area. Checking in was easy with the tablet.

Even with an appointment I waited over an hour before I had to go and I was pushing time because I like other people have other things to do in life apart from sitting in a waiting room. I was so irritated with the service that was not given to me today. After over an hour of waiting I finally walked out in order to make it to work on time. Time should be respected more than what it is.

Overall my experience was pleasant. The nurses/staff were very friendly and helpful as I am a hard stick.I will however point out that there are no receptionists. Everything is automated. The only time you see a human is when they call in a patient. It’s also worth noting that if you need to use the restroom you will need to flag a nurse, otherwise the doors are locked.Lastly, parking is VERY limited, so give yourself time to park. Finally, making an appointment is THE way to go, otherwise you could be waiting easily 2+ hrs.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8am and checked in at the self serve kiosk. I was called back within a couple minutes and was done with my blood work within 10 minutes. The staff was very sweet and professional. I will definitely be back.
