There are a lot of bad reviews on here with people just complaining so I felt compelled to leave a good review. My doctor needed me to get some labs done. I had a great overall first time experience at this location. Bridget drew my blood and she was awesome asking questions about me / chatting while it was happening. It really helped divert my mind! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was I had an appointment which I made sure to be there and check in a few mins prior but still ended up waiting around 10mins after my appointment time. Once I got back it was easy! Thank you Bridget!

Love this location. Small but efficient and they take you in relatively on-time with a pre-scheduled appointment. All phlebotomist are good at the blood draws. I don’t speak of all of this lightly as I had blood draws every 4 weeks for almost a year.

Had a great experience! I came in at 7am as a standby walk-in. They had 30 appts within the hour and I was still in and out in about 30 min. Lovely staff.

Ordered a home biometric test from Quest. Finally came in the mail. Went through the whole thing, fasting, giving blood samples. Then it came time to use validation code on their website that came in packet. It failed. I called their help line and they told me they'd have to send out another biometric test and go through the whole thing again, just because of a bad validation code they sent me.

Made an appointment to drop off a time-sensitive sample. Showed up early and checked in, we passed my appointment time as they were running behind so I mentioned my situation to an employee. They told me they “had two patients right now” and walked off. It’s now 30 minutes past my appointment time and I’m still sitting in the waiting room with no sign of their help.Poorly run, poor communication, making an appointment is apparently pointless.

I have never had a bad experience here. I usually go early the mornings after fasting for bloodwork. Yesterday, I had a particularly special staff member who was handling my visit. Her name was Bridgette, may have spelled it wrong; but she was the nicest person who was essentially a stranger to me that I have encountered in a long time. I will spare you the sappy details, but she really made a difference in my day. It was a lovely start to my Monday, and week. A little kindness can go a long way. Thank you to Bridgette for being such a ray of light and showing me kindness and compassion. I hope Quest management sees this and realizes the value you bring to their company.

Parking is really hard to find. Waiting area was at least 5° colder than the outside temperature which was 66°. Bring your parka. The girl said no one at Quest has access to the thermostat. "It is controlled by the building's owner."Lab services went fine. Appointment at 12:10 out by 12:15.

I had a dispensary card and I wrote that on my paperwork at quest before I took my drug test so I tested positive for marijuana of course because I smoke. I'm self pay and I paid $260.00 for this drug test and then they didn't pay any attention to my paperwork in the lab and ran my test again because it was positive for marijuana and charged me another $120.00 I've been fighting this charge since January and they dump my calls when I've tried to explain on the phone. This company owns their own collection agency and they charge fraudulent charges so I'm warning you. Don't go here for a drug test because it's a complete ripoff. Now I go to the hospital for the same drug test and I pay $47 every month. I personally willNever use this company for anything after what they pulled!

Had blood work done here and that was fine. However, their process for returning specimens is terrible. You can’t make an appointment to return a specimen so instead you simply indicate at the kiosk that you are delivering something, you are assigned a number, and someone should come out and just take my specimen from me. I came two days in a row. I waited 30 minutes each time but no one ever came out. The first day wasn’t even busy so it’s incredible that no one came out. There are no receptionists so you can’t communicate with anyone or let someone know you have a question or that you aren’t even there for an appointment- just a drop off. By day two my specimen was considered “expired” so I have to do this all over again. Awful experience.

If I could, I'd give the Quest Diagnostics team on Mills Avenue (Mills 50) 10 stars. Every single employee is friendly, patient, caring and professional. I've visited this location many times and it's always the same experience. My most recent visit was yesterday, October 27. I was a walk-in patient. Despite being absolutely slammed with other customers, I was in and out in a bit more than 30 minutes. My phlebotomist was Qua'von. She is delightful. Clearly knows how to do her job and does it with a smile and a sense of really enjoying her work with a focus on the patient. And these care givers, as you can imagine, are on their feet all day. My hat is off to this team. Thank you, Qua'von.

I have been coming to Quest on Mills since previous location. The Pinai lady is amazing, but the other girls are very rude. I always have issues with my clinic sending my orders in, today was no different, so my lady was not there. The lady who was helping me was doing great, but then she said her boss was going to take over. She stuck that needle so hard in my arm. I have been giving blood for a very long time and this was probably the worse. She was definitely mad at me. When I flinched, and said ouch she turns to me "You have all those tattoos and you are complaining?" Tattoo artists don't tattoo bone deep, and she wanted paint chips off the arm rest, thats how rough she was.I will try a different location next time, bad rude management who takes their frustrations on your arm.

They take several types of insurance companies. Service is great. Prices are reasonable.

My PCP ordered some standard tests and told me I could go to any Quest. Booked my appointment online at this location for the next day. They sent me a text with the address and a link to click on when I arrived. When I got there and clicked on the link it was no more than a minute before they told me to come inside.Once inside someone took my temp and I literally had no wait till my name was called. Nice. I explained to the blood tech (nice bald black man) that I was squeamish and he made the whole thing quick, easy and painless. Great bedside manner and efficient operation. Whole place was clean.I’ll update my review once labs come in as they said they’d get to my doctor (and the online portal) in a few days.Overall was awesome to be in and out of the parking lot in 5 minutes flat.

Don't go to this location as a walk-in. They will take your name down, but if they have appointments, they will see them first. (Which is understandable.) But, they don't even tell you they can't see you or turn you away. There is nothing done to notify the walk-in's that this location is at capacity. They will gladly have you waste your time waiting around for 45 minutes to an hour. I ended up just walking out.

Would give this place no stars if possible. Woman letting people in was extremely rude. I didn't have an appointment and she turned me away even though the waiting room / outside was empty. I hopped online to make an appointment and she told me I couldn't do that either??? When I asked why it let me make an appointment she acted like I was stupid and told me "OF COURSE online let me make an appointment" very rude. Take your business elsewhere.
