This is definitely one of the worse laboratory clinics I have ever been to. First, the wait was extremely long as there were too many patients arriving at once. Second, I accompanied my daughter and granddaughter to the clinic for blood work. My granddaughter has real fears of medical professionals and anxiety for medical work being performed. Having her family for comfort is absolutely necessary. She is 10 years old and asked me to go in with her. When we went back, the technician asked me to leave the room. I informed her my presence was necessary as I was there for comfort. Mind you, I was absolutely not in her way preventing her from performing her job as I stood back in the doorway to give her plenty of room. In the current times we live in there are individuals who have an animal for a comfort companion. If we now live in a time where we have pigs, rabbits, ect. as a comfort companion on an airline, and dogs, birds, ect. eating inside restaurants with patrons; then you can not tell me a grandparent is not allowed to accompany a child to have blood drawn? Regardless if you have a pet or a family member accompany you for emotional support, it is necessary for that individual and should not be dismissed as trivial. Gwenetta was the technician who we were assigned to. She is void of professionalism, ethics, and compassion. We will certainly bring our business else where next time, as should you also.

My lab assistant was thorough with my blood tests and concerned with my comfort. She warmly shined her heart at every patient that came through the doors and clearly cared about the well-being of each person she meets. I got my blood work done while also getting a powerful pep talk. It was also the fastest Quest walk-up I've ever had in my life. I've wasted way too much of my life waiting in other Quest waiting rooms (Jacksonville Roosevelt Quest, you are the worst!), but this office was super fast without an appt. I will only be going to this quest location from now on.

Thank you for this IS the location to go to when others either don't take walk ins nor conduct drug screens. I rode via Mears taxis from noon-3:30pm riding throughout Orlando FL on phone 45mins (on hold for 30) with a Quest rep trying to find locations that wouldn't turn me away!! Just to tinkle in a cup!?! It was complete madness.

I went to the Par St. Quest because I have always had quick and efficient service. It feels like there might be less appointments and more walk ins, which makes the walk in process go faster. There is a TV on the wall that tells you how long your wait time should be. Although my wait time showed 3 mins, I waited 30 mins. I expected to wait at least that long, so I was prepared with reading material (there were no magazines in the lobby). My problem with this visit is that my phlebotomist was LESS than caring, compassionate, OR skilled. I have had blood work taken for years, and this was- by far- one of the worst examples of skill that I have seen. I am knowledgeable about the process of blood draws and my own body. I always drink lots of water before my draws. I always wear shirts that make it easy to access my arms. I have never experienced difficulty with a draw. I asked the phlebotomist to use my left arm, which is often the arm with the better vein. She did not seemed pleased that I even made the request. Then, she proceeded to jab me with the needle. Unnecessary. When I screamed out in pain (which I have NEVER DONE!), she pulled the needle and said she couldn't find a vein. Great. Then, she went to my right arm and proceeded to jab with another needle. As she switched through vials, she would push the needle, hurting my arm more and more. Again, unnecessary. After drawing all the vials, she put a bandage on the draw arm, but neglected the left arm. I had to ask for a bandage on the original, still bleeding site. This individual, whose name I don't know (no name tag, no introduction), needs some serious training or retraining. This is not how a skilled medical professional should behave.

I came here this morning for my three hour gestational diabetes test. I'm not going to lie, I was dreading it all. But my experience was much better than. What I had imagined. I had a wonderful woman taking my blood (Tiffany) who was empathetic to the fact I had to be there for 3 hours. She was considerate when taking my blood and they had a special room with a TV and recliner for me. This room was a God send, especially with how this test makes you feel. Thanks to Tiffany and the team here for being so nice and pleasant at 7am on a Saturday.

Have been going there frequently during my pregnancy and they were all really nice. I can't speak for anyone else, but I'd definitely go back to see them. I just don't like their lighting. They definitely need an upgraded office.

I come here at 7:30 for a walkin appointment for my glucose test and some blood work... Olivia was very rude to me and when she took my blood I asked a simple question she gave me a rude responce... I ignored and continued... She gave me my glucose drink and told me to go to the bathroom at 9:19... well i guess i "heard wrong" & didnt listen to instructions... She took another vile of blood and told me I was good to go.... I leave and start driving down the road only to get a phone call telling me to come back because they screwed up. Now I had to sit for an extra hour bc they screwed up. Worst experience ever.

I have been to this location about 5 times in the past 3 months and every time I go they are quick and efficient. To top it off they are all sweet as can be. I am always impressed with how nice the ladies are that draw my blood. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Most of the time I make an appointment before I go in and I am in and out. This morning I walked in without an appointment because I couldn't get an appointment beforehand and they still had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Very impressed with all the staff here. And they are so good at drawing blood! I never have any bruising or marks. If I could give them more stars I would.

I usually go to the Quest downtown but with some free time this morning I decided to see if there were any locations open on a Saturday. Unfortunately I didn't see Mia's tip that it's appointments only on Saturday and I didn't see it written anywhere on the Quest website either. Luckily the staff inside was nice and since it wasn't busy they went ahead and took care of me. I did have to wait about 25 minutes which I had expected anyway. The entire process was smooth and the staff was friendly. I would return to this location and just need to plan in advance and make an appointment next time.

Since I no longer have insurance, I have to get my bloodwork thru my functional medicine doctor and she only has an account with Quest, so I went this morning and was really disappointed. I arrive at 7:55 for an 8am appointment, but wasn't called in until 8:20. I was starving so every minute felt like forever. Well my appointment didn't get much better. I made sure to be well hydrated since I sometimes have difficult blood draws. I showed the phlebotomist both my arms to see which one she though had a better vein, but she didn't look and just took the one closest to the table. They had no squishy ball for me to use, which is a first for me, but fine. Halfway through the vials, my blood was barely moving. She got really impatient with me and said she couldn't sit here forever with me, so said she had to stick me in the other arm. I asked if I could have a bandage for the first arm but she said they only have paper tape there -- which by the way is super stick and impossible to get off! I decided to go without since I wasn't bleeding anyway. As she worked on the other arm, she warned me not to bleed on the floor or she'd have to clean it, which just seemed like a weird thing to say seeing how there was no blood on the other arm. Each of the rooms has a door, but they don't use them -- even when there are poor little kids screaming bloody murder as they're having blood drawn. I felt so badly for the little girl next door... and for all the people in the waiting room that had to sit and listen to her loud and clear. Anyway, I just wanted to warn people that this isn't the best place to go if you have to get blood drawn. I haven't tried the other Quest locations, but I used to LOVE the LabCorp in Casselberry. I have been at least 9 times and never had to wait more than 5 minutes, and the phlebotomist was efficient, professional, and well equipped with fancy things like bandages.
