I’m 25 years old, and I’m terrified of needles. Alida was so kind to me that I didn’t even realize she was drawing my blood. It was super quick, and I didn’t feel a thing. I believe I’ve found my favorite clinic for tests.

The technician that I had was so friendly and efficient. She made me feel at ease, processed my paperwork so quickly and I really appreciated her bedside manner as well as professionalism! I would hire her myself for my own company.

I got blood work done here and when the tech took my blood she took it on the arm I have a burn on. She took my blood but dragged the needle and when I got home I took the bandage off and I had huge cut. The scars shows how big the cut is. I never experienced anything like this. I got my blood work done in January 8 and it’s February and I believe I’m experiencing nerve damage because my arm hurts and it wasn’t like this before. I feel like the tech doesn’t know what she’s doing and should be fired. I also will continue to monitor my symptoms because it’s uncomfortable and something needs to be done. This is obviously true because everyone here reviewing complaining about the same experience with this tech.

I just wasted my time this morning at this office , I had a very bad experience from first min , I do have appointment and when I walk in they told me I don't have one same time I have appointment confirmation and they want me to check in as walk in . I did give them confirmation CODE and still they don't care . they don't care about any patient if he's sick and need this ASAP .

I was a walk-in on a Saturday at 730 am. It
seemed pretty busy and the check-in screen said I could wait 30-60 minutes since I didn't have an appointment. I stayed anyway and was seen in about 10 minutes. The location was very clean and the staff are very nice and I saw them helping several people check in out front if they were having issues.

I had an appointment checked in on my phone walked into the center and was called back almost immediately. The phlebotomist was kind and careful and went above and beyond to make sure she didn't have to poke me more than necessary. My veins can be very difficult. It was a great visit. I would recommend coming here but scheduling an appointment as they do get very busy.

Watched another customer get berated in the lobby in front of everyone waiting because he had a unique question with which the tech was annoyed by. She repeatedly yelled to checkin and wait an hour for a walk in appointment. He asked to speak to a manager. Tech stormed off so fast that her hair was horizontally level with her head. To no surprise, the manager was just as disrespectful.
I was lucky enough to be called back by the same disgruntled tech and the attitude continued. Only slightly tempered because I wasn’t as soft natured as the man she had just disrespected.
Never again.
