I made a 3:10 appointment to get blood drawn. They turned me away saying I'd have to reschedule because their courier was there and that I shouldn't schedule after 2:30. Like that's not my problem. How would I know that? How bout they change their hours to close at 2:30? Bunch of retards. I'm wondering if this is a daily nuisance, or they just didn't want to take my appointment today? Either way, very rude and inconsiderate, so I won't be back.

Came in as a walk in this morning, as early as possible and was able to get seen within 15 mins after checking in. This location is clean and the staff is friendly.I would definitely come back to this location, no appointment I suggest coming in within 7-8am to get seen with no issues.

They should put a board - No walk ins and no kids entertained. They made us wait for long time in spite of me repeatedly asking to let us off standby. Pathetic experience. I have never suffered this bad with a sick child. Do not recommend

Philis G. was the most disrespectful and condescending elderly woman on the staff I have ever experienced with quest diagnostics. She was ready to go home, 2 hours before closing, and quickly dismissed my and my spouses needs for a biometric screening through our employer. I’ve received this service for 4 straight years and the receptionist pulls up the order with a few clicks of a button but Phylis had no time to invest to do this and instead spent 10 minutes pointing her finger and pen in my and my spouses face yelling about what she would not be doing. It was truly unbelievable and disgusting. We drove up the street to another quest and they completed our screening without issue and were shocked to hear the other location refused us. With Phylis G, she just threw her hands up and said call your job and refused to hear any explanation from either of us about what exactly we were coming in for. Something that doesn’t require a physician order if she took the time to listen before cutting us off. If it didn’t have to do with us leaving so she could head out she wasn’t hearing it. Thankfully the other location was kind enough to do their job and during business hours, we had no issue at the other location. We were even seen in under 10 minutes whereas we waited 30 minutes for Phylis to not have the time of day to do her job. She was nasty, and got really close to our faces to share her disapproval and distaste. The lobby had a few people there so maybe she was just trying to churn and burn and thought we were a quick 2 to get out or working or from her behavior she was may have been overdue for some medication she was needing to take. Either way, I’ve never experienced such poor patient care within any healthcare facility until Phylis G.

I would not recommend this facility for parents with young children. Our second visit here with our 3-year-old for a blood draw was far from satisfactory. Our initial experience had been positive, thanks to an understanding and respectful phlebotomist. This led us to choose this location again. However, during this recent visit, we encountered Maria and Phyllis, who were both rude and disrespectful, especially Phyllis, who raised her voice at us. The process they followed this time was vastly different from our previous visit, with numerous inconsistencies that heightened our 3-year-old's anxiety. During the first visit, he didn't even cry, but this time, he was crying and extremely frightened, making it a distressing experience. We kindly asked Phyllis to refrain from speaking to our son in a manner that was making him fearful, but she not only ignored our request but also raised her voice at us, disregarding our wishes. This unprofessional behavior left us deeply dissatisfied with our experience.

Very pleased with this location, as I was in and out in 12 minutes! I did have an appointment and showed up exactly on time but I have never had that quick of a visit to any Quest before. The technician was great as well as I didn't even feel the needle for the blood draw.

The whole staff is very sweet and friendly! Miss Jackie did my blood work this time and this was the most painless and quickest experience I’ve had while getting my blood drawn. She’s very sweet and caring and made me unafraid! Thanks miss Jackie!

The worst experience ever I would not recommend this location, specially if you are bringing your child. There is no personal at front desk/window to assist you with anything (I wanted to request a phlebotomist who was good with kids). When we were called we did not get greeted or anything, I was told where to go and Phyllis told my 7 year old to seat down in a very rude manner. Let’s start by saying I am a paramedic who works at a local ER. I draw blood, and start IVs on a daily basis, so I am very knowledgeable and familiar about how this procedure it’s done. I took my 7yro daughter for routine blood work to the 10043 University Blvd location. Phlebotomist Phyllis was the rudest human been I’ve even encountered in the medical field, she kept on yelling to my daughter (who was doing good for her age, she was just crying because she was scared and wanted to know what was being done, but overall she was behaving good) she kept on saying “seat still, you have to stop moving”, she was sitting on my lap and I was holding her. I was wearing a sling on right arm due to a shoulder surgery I had a week ago. When it was time to draw blood she rudely told me to hold her, and to make sure I didn’t move, she grabbed my immobilized/injured arm, and pulled it towards her (I am not supposed to move my arm, she didn’t even asked, she just grabbed it and pulled it) I said as you can see I have and Injured arm, she ignored my comment. Then, she also grabbed my daughter’s arm and pulled it really hard to placed on my hand, while yelling very loudly for another person to come to help her “hold”. She used a 21 gauge (I know this because is color coded) this needle typically is used on adult patients …. A big NO when dealing with children (unless is an emergency), on kids this procedure gets done with a winged needle, preferably 23 gauge, with an extension tube (known as a butterfly with a vacutainer), there was no need to use the big needle. When she was done and it was time to bandage, she didn’t use the Self-Adherent wrap, instead she used regular tape which she secured extremely tight around her arm (I have the picture of bruised armed with tape marks). This person has not bedside manners, she should not be drawing blood on kids.I did call customer service right after we stepped out of the facility and I requested to get a number or email where I could speak to the manager for that location, the representative took my information and a statement, she told me I was going to be contacted within 24 hours, it has been 30 hours now, and I have not been contacted by anyone.

This is the worst place ever! The lady that works there yells at employees and yells at the walk-ins and the people that have appointments. This is unacceptable behavior! I will not be coming here ever again. This lady treats people like garbage. By far my worst experience. I’ll be calling corporate early Monday morning. I don't know how she still has anyone working for her!!!
