Wow, this is my first time here along with my husband who is hearing impaired.He had an appointment at 1pm & went inside confusing him for blood work & it was for work drug test. So they sent him back out & told him he is going to have to take a set & wait awhile.He tried to explain what he was coming in for & I was trying to explain since he had a scheduled appointment & they were taking everyone else walk ins before him. She wouldn’t listen to me & shut the door on my face as I was taking on top of that talking really loud over me. I was seriously upset basically treating me like I was trash. I would love to report this disrespectful person to her boss. People like this don’t even deserve a job or to have the audacity to treat people in such poor manners.They attended him an hour later than his scheduled appointment.

This people just don’t care about how you feel. They are rude, and they don’t have supplies. They are going to work with what they have and not how they should, be careful and choose another location.

Punctual lab, clean facilities, and friendly staff. Kasandra served me, and her attention, care, and kindness were 10/10! Although I was nervous because they were taking 10 tubes of blood, I couldn't feel her hand! She did an excellent job, thank you very much!😁

The TV was broken so it was impossible to know where someone was in the queue, or to be sure that our registration took. The staff did their best to continually do a role call and make sure not to miss anyone. My tech was polite and professional and the process was easy.
