There is a tech by the name of Mane she's Asian and she locked the door in my face 5mins before 11am and said she is closing because she still needs to see the people that are still in waiting area. Which were only 3. I drove an hr as someone said they would see me but she didn't care. Totally rude and unprofessional. If she does not like her job she needs to find another. I will never return to that place and will report this to business.

I have more than 20 days waiting for my results, which poor service they have, nor do they contact the media or their patients, their system via the website is also very bad does not allow to perform identity verification.I hope a quick solution or answer, I need my RESULTS THANK YOU!!!

Easy check in! Got us in a minute before the appointment time. I had to take my 6 and 8 year old for bloodwork and they were scared! My son started crying. Patricia was so patient and kind and calmed my son down. She really is good at her job because the kids say it didn’t even hurt! My son even invited her to Universal with us after. Great job Patricia.

This is a very busy and great location for quest. It was certainly busy on the day of my visit. The waiting area was clean and the phlebotomists worked through all of the appointments. I would never show up at this location as a walk-in as it will be a very long wait. Always make an appointment. Today, they were running about 30 minutes behind on the the appointment times so the walk-ins were not moving at all. My phlebotomist was amazing. Her name was Diana. Very friendly, nice and efficient. I'm not a huge fan of needles so I always look away from the work being done. Diana was so gentle, precise, and quick with the draw that I didn't think any blood was drawn. I took a peek to just verify and low and behold, she was finished. I didn't even know she was complete. A+++ phlebotomist. So, just remember, always make an appointment, take your medical card or insurance card, and have a credit card just in case they ask for it. Using the quest app, you may check in for the appointment 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. If you get to Quest a lot earlier than 10 minutes prior to the appointment, then utilize one of the three check-in kiosks in their lobby.

Nobody likes to get their blood drawn. But if you're going to get your blood drawn for a test, then you should go to this quest location. As long as you book your appointment in advance you'll be taken in a reasonable amount of time. (This is a busy location) I want to give special thanks to Tharra (hope I got that right) . Tharra is the best. Very congenial, upbeat, and when she took my blood I barely felt it .

The worst quest you can be in, I am a phlebotomist and I had to come to the quest to do the labs and the technician was super rude to me and super rude, I don't understand where the customer service is, where is the kindness, what a disappointment to have to get with colleagues with little profession and ethics. Quest should have phlebotomists who make the patient's experience much better, not people with dog faces who don't like what they do, that's why they aren't in the health area... and it's also in very bad taste that none of them introduce themselves and give their names to the patients. They have to know who they are dealing with. For a place with as much name as quest, they should be ashamed to have such poor quality staff.

Upset because I got a referral and comfirmation to get a test done here. I was told it was sent electronicslly and I made an appointment. When I got there they said they didn’t have the form and to email it to them because they didn’t accept the copy off my phone. Well, I emailed it over and over to the right email and they never got it. She told me I had to print the form, I said I don’t have a printer and she told me to go to office max. I get it’s not their problem they didn’t get my form but I don’t have a car or money to keep ubering back. I just wanted the test done so I can get rid of this miserable infection. Not sure why their email systems don’t work. I wasted my time. It was a nice looking office but I was turned away with no test(also, I pre paid for this test).

Biggest waste of time. This place is very poorly managed. Zero communication with customers. Just left to wait for hours. Find another company if you value your time.

Wow!! Amazing experience. The location has been remodeled and we never have to wait. Amber was my nurse and she was very professional and kind. I do not like needle and she was gentle and thorough..

It was easy to set up an appointment, I checked in from my cell phone, sat down in the waiting area and they called me 5 minutes after my appointment time which was okay; the place is clean. The phlebotomist named Laila was really helpful and patience with the paper work that doctor office email me ; I was able to forward and she printed with no attitude. She was professional and no pain ? from drawing the blood which it is a plus.This is one of the best Quest Diagnostics office around 32837, 34741. Thank you

Oh my God!!!!!! Horrible!!!!!! Waited in line Saturday morning at 7am, wen I got there was around 6:52am. Already there were around 65 in line. After 7am they open the doors to tell us they're only handling by appointment. Shouldn't they say that on their website. Not coming back here. Avoid!!!!

My name is Mark and I usually take my dad and mom and myself to do blood work at this quest in town loop. We have been going here for the last five years and it's the best I have ever been to. I want to say a big thank you to the hardworking staff especially to Yolanda who provided five starr customer service to my mom and dad two weeks ago and today thanks so much for being caring and gentle, also to Vivian who always provides great five starr customer service, Vivian is excellent always kind and gentle and to Evette who also provides five starr customer service, Tammy thanks for providing five starr customer service. And the other staff thanks for providing great service.
