Service is bad here at 2500 Alafaya Tr. SAVANNAH didnt want to help at all. She tried to be nice but she is something else and uses sarcasm. Came to an appointment 7:00 Didnt help. Came back after 2 hours and didnt want to help neither. I had to speak with another customer service. It took 3 people to get my blood. QUEST need better trained employees in Lab ( too many young people) and improve its Customer Service.

I have had good experiences here in the past, but today I show up and the service window has been drywalled over. Very unfriendly waiting environment.

The texts make it so easy to remember my appt. and sign in. Also the person that took care of me this last appt. was so very good! I didn't feel a thing. I wish I could remember her name to give her the credit she deserves.

Very bad service. Only tablets outside. Old lady didn't know how to manage tablet and Customer Service didn't want to help. Only rude teens in this location... Aparently Quest didn't care about the bad reviews here! Stay away... go to other locations. I asked for the manager... there is none.

Place is ok if you stay away from attendant Jeria, ghetto, rude, talks down to patients, I called her out and she did not like it, bully, sad cause most others in there are ok. But look at all these negative reviews, quest does not care !

They are a disaster... they took blood from a patient, I came to ask what the test they did was and the phlebotomist girl answered those labs, they don't do them here...% gentlemen, they took his blood for one of 2 tests, how to say that there They don't do any of the 2 tests...he went to investigate the matter and it's been 30 minutes. Because there is no longer any staff at the window... LUCK TO YOU

Tech failed to find veins.Three efforts were made until supervisor came and took fresh blood. Left scars on both arms. Have photos to prove it.

The staff didn't work well together, gave me misinformation, and didn't complete lab work correctly, which may lead to me being billing for unneeded tests.
