This location is fast, convenient, the people are really accommodating and capable. This was my go-to place and I’ve never been disappointed. Quest’s online portals are also very good.
However, the last two times I had diagnostics performed the results came back completely wrong. This location may have great service but wherever they are sending their samples to be processed is all kinds of screwed up. I won't go here again because I need accurate results.

The professionals at this location went above and beyond to make the experience easy for my scared kiddo. They caught a mistake on paperwork and worked to correct it with my Dr's office. They were fantastic!

I have been going to this location for several years. The latest appointment went flawlessly. I arrived at the parking lot and checked in using the link they sent via text. I arrived 1 minute before the appointment time. They called me within a minute or so and I was out of there within 10 minutes. Place was clean and appointment was handled efficiently and pleasantly.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Quest Diagnostics. I recently made an appointment for my elderly father, who is in his 70s, for a blood test and the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
First, they have no front staff just two iPads to sign in. This makes it very challenging for anyone unfamiliar with technology to get assistance. The staff seemed unwilling to help and quickly brushed him off instead of guiding us through the process. When it came time for my dad’s blood draw, Nora claimed they couldn’t find the doctor’s order, even though both I and the doctor’s office had emailed it. Still, they insisted it wasn’t received. When we had the order faxed instead, the lead phlebotomist informed my dad that it would take 24 hours to process, and they closed at 3:30 PM for the day. Basically saying they would have to come back another day.
To make matters worse, when I requested the contact information for a supervisor to file a formal complaint, the lead on duty said, “They don’t have one right now” and refused to give me any other information. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to help customers—especially elderly patients—made this an incredibly unpleasant experience.
I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt over and over again however, this happens time after time at Quest Diagnostics. If you’re looking for a place with competent, caring staff, I’d recommend finding another lab. Quest Diagnostics needs serious improvement in both service and customer care.
