Easy check in, nice remodeled location, was called quickly once I clicked the reminder link they sent me, friendly phlebotomist which helped my nerves since I have thin veins.

This was a really clean and newly renovated location. I went inside not even a minute after I checked in at the kiosk (definitely make an appointment). My phlebotomist was so kind! I had to have a bunch of tubes drawn and we had a nice chat which made it go faster.

OK, so I was dreading coming here because of all the bad reviews however, I had a STELLAR experience. When deciding between LabCorp and Quest, I wasn’t sure, but decided on Quest because they offered more early appointments without waiting weeks which is important when you have a fasting appointment.Their technology was good. I was able to make my appointment, receive the confirmation, and check in all online. Once you get into the waiting room, there’s a big screen that says your name, your appointment time, and whether you’ve checked in. If you weren’t able to check in through text, there’s a kiosk to check in there.Again, I was expecting to wait hours, so brought a book. I barely opened it before I was called back by a very pleasant, very capable woman named Tiffany. She was bright cheery efficient and only had to poke me once to draw my blood! I can’t thank you enough for your competence, expediency, and very cheerful demeanor. It is no exaggeration to say, she literally turned my morning around. Maybe TMI but I don’t sleep very much and have been awake since 1 AM so was not exactly chipper, but Tiffany really brightened my day. The fact that I wasn’t waiting for hours nor did I have the bad experience that I was somewhat expecting given the bad reviews also contributed to a great experience.I know LabCorp also doesn’t have fantastic views in the Lake Nona area. I am new to the region, but have used LabCorp in the past. Now I can say I’ve tried Quest diagnostics, and had a good experience.I just had to share. Idk about other people’s experiences but I can not imagine a better blood draw experience than what I received today from Tiffany. Thank you.

Been here twice in the last two weeks. Both times didn’t get called in until more than 30 minutes after my appointment time. This location is going downhill fast. I recommend you find a different one.

I wanted to write a review to thank Emily for being so quick and professional when getting my blood drawn today. After letting her know about my fear of needles and drawing blood, she made my experience super quick and easy going. Thanks again Emily!

I went in to do my blood work and they had an insecure employee who was concern more about how tall and thin I am. Then doing my blood work. I left the office, contact the head quarters to let them now this is discrimination!! Someone was suppose to call me back and didn’t. Don’t give them any business!!!

The ladies were amazing! I’m a really hard stick and the ladies worked together to get my blood drawn. Ms. Janet, Gweeney, and Ms.D were all amazing. Getting blood drawn isn’t something that anyone likes to do but they made it easier.

Absolutely useless. Convenient to the area, and nothing else positive. Appointment is a relative term. Had an appointment scheduled and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Getting assistance is impossible. Billing is a nightmare! Quest couldn't bill the insurance properly and it took 9 months to resolve. Nothing but automated phone systems that hang up and transfer you to a different system.

Like many people have said before my wife and I had to wait over an hour just to see a technician but it's not just the sheer incompetence that upsets me it's the complete disregard for common human decency. My wife spoke to two technicians after 45 mins of waiting and watching at least 4 people come in after us and get called back before us. Then after complaining to a third technician she finally got a called back and heard another employee gossiping about her making a "big deal" about having to wait for so long so loudly the tech working with her had to walk out of the room and tell her the patient she was chastising was the one in the room right in front of her (we have a feeling she already knew). My wife then spoke with the site manager who offered no real apology and of course why would she? There's not going to be any repercussions for any of the incompetent, unprofessional, antagonistic riffraff that work there. I almost didn't even leave a review because this dumpster fire already has a 2.8 but I feel like I'd be a part of the problem if I didn't warn others of what they would walk into.

Made my appointment easily online. This is a busy location so to get an early morning appointment I had to look about a 3-4 weeks out. They send text reminders before your appointment & a check in link right before. Your name pops up on their tv screen in the waiting room. I waited maybe 2 min when they called me back.

Waited a hour before appt., they didn't get the fax from the machine, so I wait some more. They can't do half the tests requested, and are now doing the input requests in front of me. 1.5 hours and waiting. I'm diabetic and haven't eaten in a long time. All the while the tech is doing the work, as I grow shakey, worse yet, it's going to take more time to finish. From the previous reports it seems the owners aren't interested in doing anything about improving. I am disappointed. However, the blood draw was painless and quick, I highly recommend the tech!

I scheduled an online appointment, which means you have a time scheduled to show up and wait. There is no receptionist nor is there any screen displaying wait time or even if you're actually confirmed since you'll wait so long you'll start to doubt. The phone number is automated garbage so you can't call for an update either. I tried the iPad again with my appointment number and it said it changed me to a walk in status. After an hour beyond my being on time and prior check-in I left. You're reading this on a device with a web browser, you can find MANY services including by-mail depending on your need, my advice is to go elsewhere provided your time is worth something. Which I did, I EASILY found a by-mail service for my specific blood draw need and at a better rate. I'd normally give a .5 but one star for the web portal.

Horrible place- completely disorganized, dirty inside, rude staff, really long waits (hour plus) even with an appointment. I would suggest AdventHealth Lab Lake Nona, it's down the street from Quest and it is associated with the hospital, so clean and run like an actual lab.
