I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but my recent visit to the Racetrack Gas Station left such a positive impression that I feel compelled to share. While gas stations are often a routine stop, the service I received here—specifically from two employees, Kells and Carrie—elevated the experience to a level I’ve never encountered before.
From the moment I walked in, Kells greeted me with a warm, friendly smile that immediately set the tone for an outstanding experience. It’s clear that Kells takes pride in their work, as the attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Whether it was assisting with a quick refuel or offering helpful recommendations for snacks, Kells made it all seem effortless, yet incredibly thoughtful.
Carrie, equally impressive, complemented Kells' exceptional service with her own brand of warmth and professionalism. Not only was she efficient and thorough, but she also went the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed. What stood out the most was her friendly, approachable nature, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another stop on her shift.
Together, Kells and Carrie made my visit memorable. They were the epitome of what excellent customer service should be: attentive, efficient, and personable. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about the experience they provide, and these two absolutely set the bar high. Their positive energy and dedication to their work are the kind of qualities that keep customers coming back.
Because of the exceptional service I received from Kells and Carrie, I’ll be making Racetrack my go-to stop for all my fueling and convenience needs. It's not just about the products or the gas prices—it's about the people who make you feel valued. Thank you, Kells and Carrie, for turning an ordinary pit stop into a memorable experience. I’ll certainly be back, and I can’t recommend this location highly enough!

I filled out all my lottery numbers then I gave to one of the cashiers my tickets to be purchased the lottery tickets but for some reasons their machine couldn't match the numbers on my lottery tickets that I filled out. Numbers were wrong and the cashier dotted in for double play when I didn't ask to do so either. It was very weird. Please everyone who buys Lottery at this location remember to check your numbers and only give them one ticket at a time. Very strange.I have never seen anything like what I have experienced at this play with lottery tickets.

Great customer service gave one star I had when inside to put gas in my car twice $40 plus $40 and none of the pump 11 and pump 6 had fuel but outside or inside is no way of workers knowing what is gonna happen until it happens really disappointing and frustrating with a issue had nothing to do with me. But I have to wait to get my money back within 24 hours . Race track pump system is the worst I ever experienced period. Again nothing to do with their customer service was excellent.

If you are in a hurry to get gas skip this location. Especially 13-16 pumps. They are the slowest around and can take 15-20 minutes to fill a 15 gallon tank.

Good staff and well ran. They introduced 2 self check out lines and that is very convenient in the morning when they have a rush. But, even on busy mornings the lines move fast. They have an air station that is easy to get to. Prices are on par with the area. Snacks are also reasonable. Love the roller grills. Pumps are well maintained and always fast. Window cleaning stations and squeegees are always full and clean, in my experience. Station is easy to get into and out of. Bathrooms are also very clean.

I am a regular customer and I have seen Jackie the night manager go above and beyond every time I come to that store. She always has a smile and gretting ready the moment I walk thru those doors. Even when she is cleaning she is smiling and paying attention to guest. Racetrac needs more like her. She deserves a bonus or raise for her constant hard work!I've been back multiple times since my last post and Jackie is always hard at work.

saturday feb 17 around 6:15 am.I witnessed a manager named JD being rude and Unpolite to an associate that was busy with a mop and even tho the employee asked for a number on the manager orders the managers pasive aggression showed that there wasn’t going to be a right answer or right doing he just wanted to harass him I don’t know the motive behind this behavior but as a manager my self I believe that good managers must reward in public and correct in private! this behavior did ruined my breakfast time and I was shamed It was going on in front of me to the point that I had to wait for my change wile the manager finished softly yelling about restocking the breakfast sandwiches that there were plenty fresh ones already.Mngr JD must reevaluate how to conduct him self in front of customers and Im definitely won’t have breakfast at this location anymore
