Only one cashier that means to much time waiting, pump stop for no reason and none of the employees know why, when the pumps ask if you are a rewards member never ask for the phone number , never has receipts outside. I like RaceTrac but I would like you can fix it

Had to go to 3 different pumps. First one card reader didn’t work, second one buttons didn’t work. Third one the gas pump took over 20 minutes to fill my 17 gallon tank. This will be the last time I waste my time at this garbage gas station.

If you are black stay away. I am a Full Sail Student who works overnight at the airport and sometimes I stop at this racetrac when I am too tired to drive home. Well I got off work this morning at 5 am and low and behold an officer came to my car while I was napping at 7:34am in the RaceTrac parking lot this morning and served me some trespassing papers signed by an employee “Lily G”. Now the reason why this paper has alarmed me because the store mananger and a female employee had some very racist, slanderous and hateful comments towards me and my sexuality a few weeks back.I continued to visit the store despite of the uncomfortable environment created by the manager and employee due to my schedule & even overheard them calling me the “N” word on a diff occasion. As hurtful as it was I ignored the verbal abuse because well I caint call the cops for that alone, but I will be reporting this whole situation to the BBB now that they have falsely reported my name to authorities to get a delivered trespass warning based on simple prejudice. The lack of respect and customer service is unacceptable and As a lesbian woman our country needs to do better.
