This store is absolutely TERRIBLE when it comes to customer service. No greeting, no interaction no respect for customers. The cashier was engaged in a very inappropriate conversation from the moment I walked in until I walked out. Not once did she engage with me during the transaction. I grew up working retail and customer service was always our number one priority. Now retail associates provide 0 customer service, they escalate situations, yet they want higher paying rates. Rainbow should just be an online store moving forward

This rainbow location is working overtime to cover their discrimination allegations. I was verbally, physically, and emotionally attacked in this store I was then followed outside by Lic Rosario. The store is covering it up and hiding what happend. Rosario followed me outside, stood outside for 10 minutes while leaving her store unattended. Rosario then lied and said I was acting out inside the store. Rainbow Shop deleting my review illustrates their stances behind their employees discrimination allegations. Do not spend your money here

You guys either do something about this or just shut this door down cuz every time I come over here whether it's 15 or 10 minutes before closing. You guys always want to shut down the store and close it down and clearly says 8:00 p.m.

Went to this Rainbow to swap out clothes and the cashier with a nose piercing at the front desk was very rude, and had a very nasty attitude towards me and my grandchild and told my grandchild when she was doing a return to move out of the way so she could do another customer that was standing behind us and when we were returning our clothes she kept in slamming the clothes down onto the desk like she had an attitude with us or something. I did not appreciate the way that we were treated as customers while inside of this rainbow. I will not be returning back anytime soon because of the way thatme and my grandchild were treated for just doing a return.

My wife went to Rainbow shops to purchase some items my wife went to check out and asked the cashier a question but she was on her cellphone texting so my wife repeated the question several times cashier acted like she couldn't understand the question she was to busy texting . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We started to return everything she bought but I decided to post a review online about very poor customer service we do not live in Florida but we visit her six months a year.
