You can tell at one time it was a very nice place. It is pretty big. It has all of the facilities of a modern, large chain with the banquet and convention rooms. The very sad part is it is dated and the neighborhood is not safe. I did not end up staying there, but was able to view a room. The king size room was big and from the looks of it clean. The bathroom was decent size. The Wi-Fi was non-existent on the day I visited. The daily rates were cheap. You get what you pay for as always.

everytime i attempted to speak to the guy who work there, he told me to give him a second just so he could finish either his text message or his conversation on his phone. before i decieded to stay here i was visiting my friend and while we were walking out the hotel, we were questioned what room are we in? and what was the purpose of our stay AFTER my friend who i was visiting checked in. The rooms were nmice and clean but service was terrible. all the employees have an attitude whenever i was speaking to them. Like i don't want to feel like im bothering you!

Although the hotel has obvious ongoing issues from hurricane damage and repair construction, my room was spacious, clean and well worth the discounted rate I paid. After realizing I left a personal item in my room, I contacted the hotel staff and they were professional and helpful. Jean, at the front desk, made sure my item was secured and returned to me in a timely manner. I'll be staying here again when in Central Orlando on business...

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This should be your absolute last resort if there is nowhere else to stay!Entire place is filthy. Rugs worn, stained with mildewed. Bathroom fixtures dirty and rusted. Black mold everywhere. Disgusting shower curtain. You can tell this place was once a showplace but now should be bulldozed.I found flea bites on my ankles upon waking in the morning. Took a flea down to front desk & asked for General Manager. Was told not there but would call me. Never did. I called several times & would not speak to me. I called corporate & they opened a case & mgr did not respond to them either! I was told there was nothing they could do as it was franchise owned. They should take their franchise away as it is an embarrassment to their brand.I had to seal all my clothes in bags & throw away so as not to carry fleas to my house. Threw suitcase away too. This 'budget' stay cost me a small fortune that, as a senior citizen, I cannot afford!I have NO DOUBT that there are also roaches and bedbugs in this place.Unlike most hotels the breakfast is not free. I think they wanted $10. I looked it over & left. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Note: Bedbugs, while gross do not spread disease...FLEAS DO! Roaches too.

Not a bad experience, been to better hotels. Wished they had a better breakfast. The service was good though.

Upon check in the agent was nice. However, We had roaches come out as we entered the room. The air conditioning was not working, we had to switch rooms. The second agent was not professional, very rude. The rooms are not clean and are dated. The plumbing drains slowly. Will never stay here again or recommend this nasty place to anyone. Do not stay here...it's inexpensive but you will have less headaches if you do more research and pay more.

Do yourself a favor and spend some extra cash elsewhere. Hallways smelled of mold and like a stray cat had peed everywhere. Stains all over the carpets in the room, towels had stains and shower didn't drain properly. Coffee maker didn't even work and half the hotel looked like it was condemned. Dirty is an understatement. On top of the filth my card was charged twice and the “manager†said oh no we can only find one charge on our end. I then did a three way call with her and my bank who also told her they charged me twice and even gave her the codes! Come to find out from reviews this has happened to multiple guest. She was angry because now my bank will be fighting one of the TWO charges and she won't get paid. Or should I say paid double. Really? Money over customer service; what a great establishment they are running. Do not..I repeat do not even bother with this headache of a place.

It was busy because of hurricane Irma. Walking in the lobby felt like an oasis. Very nice decor spacious and modern. The staff were very professional and efficient. The room was super clean and cool and comfortable. The good was definitely higher end with a fair price point considering the storm. Glad I went.

The room was nasty! I killed a bug on the bed. The lobby was 90 degrees so you can't hang around to tell 'em how lousy the place is. This (see photo) was in the tub. What IS that?!

It's Decent for the price, what do you expect you get what you pay for, but when it comes to common courtesy the employees and management should definitely put more effort in making the environment c
