If I could leave 0 I would. The only positive this company has is RICKY. My order was made on oct.22 and too this day NOONE outside him has helped. Multiple emails, phone calls and messages. Not one returned or answered.
Yes, I got my order in full after waiting weeks and Ricky's help.
I've been around the s and r chassis game since the early 2000s and have know of raw for along time...but this will be the last time I do any business with them.
Ricky, thank you for all your help in getting my order sent out to me.

This is the sixth order that we’ve placed with them, every single time we place an order with this company, The parts aren’t in stock, they don’t let you know, you’re gonna have a real hard time getting in touch with anybody to find out where your parts are. If you need anything in a timely manner, I would suggest going elsewhere.

Parts i have received are great.
My issue is the lack of customer service.
Takes days to hear back about shippment. I had to inquire about my parts and when i would recive them.
Originally ordered on july 8th and still have not gotten the final part.
Just got a shipping confirmation. However i asked when i would get it and still no response from customer service or anyone.
Will not be ordering from this company anymore. I will use a competitor located in same area of the states.
Very disappointed.

I have ordered 47 items from Raw Brokerage and every single time they have delivered and exceeded my expectations. I get responses back to questions within 15 minutes and they are always snappy to change around orders, help me with ordering, and answering questions. I have came back to them time and time again and I will continue! Thank you!

Great place to research and buy all the high end parts you need for you build, as well as the finishing touches. They carry certain brands that others don't which is a big plus. They even helped me pick out a spring kit for my head based upon what I was looking for power wise. Thank you for all the help ?

these people simply care about there customers - Ricky gave me call today about my order and to go over some parts ordered and in talks informed me off a misclick in part selected and a back order and got me all set back up with alternatives and fixes to my order same day as purchase and got it all buttoned up for me same day - will continue to use Raw Brokerage for life
