This store is a scam. We went for service on our sunglasses, they took a few to order new lenses. They never followed up as promised, so after four weeks we called. They said they couldn’t order the lenses and we had to return in person for them to refund our cc.We drove an hour to mall, fought with the employee who was rude, not able to refund and asked us to wait from 11am until 3pm when her manager should come in. We disputed the charge with our credit card company, but Ray Ban is trying to say we took the product.Never will I go here or buy again from Ray Ban. I recommend you avoid if you don’t want to be scammed. Edwin and his team are terrible and have now stolen our time along with the money they kept.

Customer service gave wrong info. lied about repair of another pair that they never did so to sell two other pairs. I bought the two pairs, never came on time compared to the timeline they gave. Poor customer service.

They never answer the phone. Would give ZERO stars if possible. My package was sitting on the floor when I arrived for pickup. NEVER order from this location. Go anywhere else, even Sunglasses Hut is better ❌❌❌

Needed a screw replaced for a recently purchased pair of RayBans, manager instead would rather sell me another pair.Told him no thanks and that I’d try Sunglass Hut next door, he said they couldn’t help. Of course when I went over there they had the screw and fixed it in 5 minutes.Would have been happy to spend $20-$30 for 5 minutes of his time and a 5 cent screw instead he wanted to sell me another $300 pair of glasses.Buy online don’t waste your time here.

Maybe the store has a great selection. Maybe the employees are friendly. I wouldn’t know because I showed up on a Tuesday at 1 pm to no one inside of the store with locked doors. I went over to concierge to inquire. Concierge tried contacting Ray-Ban management to no avail. Very unprofessional to have no one show and no one call the mall to inform them that they won't be opening. Customers were outside of the store stating they drove 3 hours to visit the store, all to arrive to an empty store.

Went in to do an exchange and was greeted by Alex. He was super helpful and very nice! He knows his stuff and helped us find the perfect pair. Definitely recommend this location! We’ll be back for any future sun glass purchases.
