I recently had the extreme pleasure to work with Melanie Nowakowski (with Real Estate Pros) for the sale of my mother’s home in Florida. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for her results-oriented, customer-focused working ethic. Under difficult circumstances, [moving my mother from a hospital in Florida to an Assisted Living facility in Colorado (closer to her family)] Melanie managed the successful sale of mom’s home from start to finish. The latter is an understatement. Melanie oversaw the hiring of exterior painters, repair persons, cleaners, landscapers, and facilitated a successful estate sale. During this time, I (the seller) was flying to and from Colorado to locate a facility for my mother while working via text and calls with Melanie. Although not anticipated, her responsiveness was sometimes instantaneous, at minimum within the same day, and always with a positive attitude. Her plans were aggressive and her enthusiasm endless; it was like having a family member working with me. I firmly believe Melanie’s job knowledge and passion to meet and exceed her client’s expectations allowed Melanie to prepare the home and then sell it with 6 offers and one accepted after 24 hours on the market and above asking price. This entire process, after contacting Melanie and a couple of in-person meetings, was accomplished with almost no personal/physical involvement from me. Once mom was settled in Colorado, I had to return to Scotland to complete my current work contract. Yes, the house sold while I was abroad, as I stated Melanie managed the entire process from start to finish. I am forever grateful.

Had the opportunity to work with Alondra during my very first home purchase. Went to see a listing on April 15, 2023, She worked very quickly to put my offer in and it was accepted within 24 hours. She was able to scheduled my home inspection right away and I was able to get my new home keys on May 8th right before Mother's day. Alondra your awesome. Thank you for helping my family.
