Excellent Nissan dealership in Orlando with a great selection of vehicles. Joe and Younes made the purchase of my wife's new Pathfinder a breeze!

Went in for my routine oil change. Got there super early. Was able to get everything done by 10 o’clock. I had warranties/packages that I purchased and wasn’t quite sure what they entailed. Hector Dejesus at Reed Nissan help me so much. I’ll definitely be back for the other recommendations. Thanks Hector Dejesus

I really appreciated the fact that Vance remembered what I was looking for in a vehicle for my wife. Sunroof and black. Vance was professional and understanding of what my goal was. I look forward to buying my next vehicle with the Nissan brand. Great experience.

Victoria Cole was wonderful. She promised me of a vehicle that was difficult to find. She delivered by getting me the vehicle. Also, Victoria's colleague, Dwayne was very helpful at the time of the purchase of my vehicle by making the transaction extremely easy and smooth. I live in a different town and Dwayne had it delivered to my home at a reasonable price. I will definitely be conducting future business with Reed Nissan because of these 2 individuals. I hope these 2 individuals should be recognized by the upper management of a job well done. Thank you.

Had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from Reed Nissan, Ali is a great guy to deal with, he wasn’t pressuring at all, on the contrary he was very assuring and open minded he was perfect at assisting me with my needs and expectations in a car, he helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for, and made sure I got the best of the best. I wasn’t surprised at all when I was informed that he was top salesman. The dealership was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made buying a car a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional deal and was offered a high level of customer service. Highly recommend speaking with Ali if you want a stress free, smooth experience. Very happy with the quality of my car and it’s all thanks to Ali and Reed Nissan!

Brian has helped the entire time throughout my process and it has been a rough one. He has really tried his hardest to make my situation better from my purchase. I would recommend everyone going to him if you have issues with a purchase from a used car. I just want to say thank you Brian and I can’t wait to pick my car up this week ☺️

took my car in on a Friday for air conditioning issues. Kortney was my advisor. After doing a diagnostic test to determine the issue it turned out i needed a new compressor. Part was not available so it had to be ordered. Left my car over the weekend. Called Monday morning and work had been done and car was ready to be picked up. Kortney was great and explained everything in detail. After years of going to the other Nissan place off of John Young and 417, i will be bringing my car to Reed Nissan from now on.

LATEST UPDATE:Director has not contacted me back at all, nor do I believe he had any intention of doing so or investigating like he claimed. I’m confident he replied to save face for the dealership so to speak.UPDATE:It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t heard back from the director, or anyone from Nissan. Pretty sure the director only reached out for the sake of making Reed Nissan look good, but they aren’t actively doing anything about this.*Sent the Director who replied to my email below and email Monday with the information he requested, haven’t gotten a reply.**For context, the car is a 2020, Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Maxima SR that had less than 15,000 miles on it.*Last month, I bought a certified pre-owned Nissan Maxima SR. About a month goes by and I go into Firestone to get a wheel rotation, just to find out that the rear tires that were sold with the vehicle were past their shelf life, severely dry rotted and cracked. Firestone told me I needed to get them replaced ASAP. It took 4 days of calling (which got me no where) until I finally decided to go to the dealership in person to try and get this resolved. There was arguing back and forth until eventually I caved in to spending $400 on two new tires as I was at the dealerships mercy. I agreed to it, but didn't feel right about it as anywhere else that had anything past its shelf life would have the item thrown out. They claimed there wasn't a safety issue with these tires and that they can't go with what Firestone said, but if Firestone was lying to me they would've instead on selling me tires (and they weren't).The used car manager seemed to get upset/offended when I said that this was "bad business" and I stand by what I said. Two different technicians from two different car dealerships agreed with me, and even a manager over at a different Nissan dealership said selling me the car like that was wrong.I was happy with my purchase up until the tire issue, but now it's got me worried if there are other hidden issues. You guys made it seem like I was getting a really good deal on these tires when I shouldn't have had to pay for two new tires in the first place, The car I traded in was a year older, and had four 2022 year tires on it, and yet you gave me tires past their shelf life.

Horrible customer service. Waited 4 days for my car to be serviced. The employees at the service center love to hand over a problem to someone else. Without taking any accountability at all. I was told my car was completed but I went to pick it up it was still being serviced. They also found a leaking battery and oil pump. My car was serviced by Action Gator before bringing my car to this service center. No leaks nothing. Complete disregard for customers. Horrible experience. I recommend not taking your money there.

At the end of the story, to buy again from this dealership was a really bad experience. The finance manager Mostafa Elasri is a LIAR, he never ever give us ANY discount at all because we had bought several cars from that place. He convinced us AND we blindly believed on his word that is going to be a good deal. This deal warship is a trash and you have working there a bunch of thieves well dressed.

Bought a pre owned certified Nissan Rogue 9 months ago. Before I even left the lot was an issue with the emergency break and doors would not lockWent into the shop, supposedly fixed it allGuess what doors not locking againMemorial Day weekend had to get all 4 tires changed, why because beyond tread life.I clearly asked Brian, when I got the car abouts the tires ( he goes you got another thirty thousand miles on it)July 4th car battery diesLabor day, breaks went and he put new breaks in my carSo another holiday, im getting something else done to this car and I got pre owned certified carTrying to talk to some one is litteraly like pulling teeth in the service dept. The only ones who are helpful and really concerned about the issues are sale peopleSo here I wait, waiting for a phone call, that more or less I will not received !And I only got forty one thousand miles on this car, bought it with almot 37000Speechless
