As a handicapped person, The elevator was not working which made the theater inaccessible. Also, this was a longstanding problem and no notice was placed on the website.

Went to see a 4DX movie and the sound was awful. You could tell that a set of speakers was not on. There was zero low end. I can't believe they actually went thru with playing the movie after we made them aware. Got a refund and now know which theater to avoid.

(March 2024 - I've updated this review towards the end of it)IMAX movie goers beware. Theater 21's screen is badly damaged and in disrepair (the huge IMAX theater). Do not waste your money! The damage is basically a ripple (almost looks like a tear) that goes from the very top to the very bottom, in the dead center of the screen. It's about 6 to 10 feet wide and is EXTREMELY prominent through all scenes.Today was the first time I've seen a movie here since Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015. The IMAX screen (theater 21) was damaged then and took away from the experience and immersion. We just saw Avatar The Way of Water today and the screen in theater 21 is STILL damaged.I get that it's a huge screen, but it should've been fixed within 7 years time.I will not be wasting my money seeing a movie at this theater unless the screen is repaired.Alright! Update after not seeing a movie here since Avatar 2.Just got out of Dune 2. The screen in theater 21 is definitely repaired and looked great, besides some light that bleeds in from the lobby. The air conditioning in theater 21 was not functional during our screening of Dune 2.

Make sure to grab all your belongings before leaving the theater because they will refuse you entry to grab anything let behind, no matter the importance. Terrible, terrible customer service. My bf left his wallet in the theater and they said they are even unable to check in the seats we were in to grab his wallet. Even denied him buying a ticket for the movie so he could check himself. Super rude and zero empathy from everyone we spoke to. Advised they would check as people left and look in the seats after the movie. Feel like a better solution could have been come to but, to be honest, don’t expect anything more from staff at a movie theater.

All 4 of these stars are for the very helpful man with a name tag that said “Sea Jay”. As soon as I walked in he greeted me with a positive attitude and made me feel very welcome! He helped me find the parking validation kiosk, and walked me through how to scan my Regal Ultimate pass on the self service machine because he noticed that I was having trouble operating it. Amazing hospitality. We love Sea Jay!However — I have to take a star off my review because the audio quality of the theater my movie was in (Theater 5, not sure if they all sound like this, it was my first visit) was absolutely horrendous. I would’ve had significantly more peace if I just listened to nails on a chalkboard for 2 hours straight. The audio was jarringly distorted and fuzzy, so unbearable that I debated on leaving before the actual movie even started. I had only seen the opening commercials at that point. Yes, it was THAT bad. I have never walked out of a movie before or thought of doing so, but the audio I had to listen to in that theater was borderline abuse. I don’t like to cause any trouble for employees, and I was the only person watching the movie anyway, so I stayed in my seat and just covered my ears when the audio became too much (so pretty much the entire time). I was hoping that I’d somehow get used to the screeching sounds, but I never did, and was left with a horrible headache that lasted for hours. I’m deeply upset with the quality of the showing that I experienced at this Regal. But because of the excellent customer service and kindness that the staff provided during my visit, I’m willing to give this Regal location another chance and hope that what I experienced was a one-off fluke. I haven’t read other reviews, so I’m not sure if others have experienced this as well. May God forbid.

First off, this review is not disparaging any employees or the quality of service at all- but what an absolute shame that this theater has one of the very few full-size IMAX auditoriums left in the entire United States that is capable of presenting 70mm IMAX or Dual Laser in 1.43:1 and it uses the outdated and far inferior IMAX Xenon system that is not even capable of filling the screen. If you want to see a movie in true IMAX format in FL you have to drive to Fort Lauderdale.I petition the owners, PLEASE upgrade your IMAX auditorium. Regal Point Orlando could become the go-to spot for the ultimate IMAX experience for Northern and Central FL. Imagine the buzz! I would make the drive to your theater every time.

Tried to see Madame Web in 4d. Unfortunately, the previews scared my kid so we had to leave. The manager provided us vouchers, which I really appreciated. Theatre is really nice. They offer food, not just snacks. Has a bar inside. Staff was super friendly. Next to a ton of other great shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

This theatre is definitely one of the top Regals I've visited. It has 20 theatres and IMAX. Fast ticket validation and concessions are always has enough employees working so you can get what you want and get to your movie. Bathrooms are very clean.I've seen about a dozen movies here and all the theatres here are clean. Only thing I would suggest is making the sound louder in some. Will definitely be coming back here when in Orlando. Regal Unlimited Plus is for sure well worth it. Unlimited movies for a low price.

I have not gone there yet, and I believe I will not go.I do not recommend it until they build a FREE parking place.Boycotting this International Regal Cinema.Parking should be free and available for customers. The business should make a way for customers to use their grounds.
