I needed to open a secure savings account. Matthew was so helpful and knows his stuff. Explained to me the best way to save and invest my money. So if you ever want a great bank,with very knowledgeable people. This is the branch to go to. Ask for Matthew C. He is the man.

I went to close my account today and was charged $10. I was told it was for early account closure fee. But I searched around and found it was actually cashier's check fee. I don't care about the $10 charge, just that the teller either didn't know or lie straight on your face was annoying.

This regions was amazing. Ross helped me today I went in to start a business account and he helped me with every single step and more!! I have banked with regions for a very long time but wanted to shout out to Ross for being a bossss and going above and beyond with me today!!

This bank has been nothing but a nightmare, since my mother's passing. They have ignored their own policies on POD benefits. They have put myself through more unnecessary stress even though I have all the appropriate paperwork and documents. All region banks are god aweful their structure system is unorganized. Avoid at all cost!!!

Overall Regions as a company does not value their employee, current or future. They were closing branches and letting employees go on a moment's notice way before the pandemic. They make potential new employee candidates take an assessment where they expect you to learn all their policies and procedures and pass a test on them all in 60 minutes. I will be closing my account with this bank in the near future.

I was presented with more obstacles than solutions. Even when walking towards the teller. No eye contact or greeting. I wasn’t even sure if the teller was helping customers. I wasn’t able to withdraw money from a business account without a business check. They did not have enough funds for my withdrawal, witch ended up coming out of my personal account, because I needed a business check. The teller didn’t smile or offer any options to every problem she presented. I will try to never come back to this branch. I very much enjoy banking I. Every other Regions bank I have been in.
