I had an absolutely terrible experience at this branch. I waited for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged, only to watch the staff assist the gentleman who arrived after me. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was astonishing. Frustrated, I left and went down the road to Bank of America, where I was able to open an account and leave in the same amount of time I had been standing there waiting to simply be noticed. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can't recommend.

I love this branch. The ladies and Cameron always have a smile on their faces and are extremely helpful. I would highly recommend choosing Regions Bank in College Park to be your first choice.

Honestly when someone goes in saying I need to deposit my mom's life insurance and the mans answer is "Sweet" you really need to work on your delivery. I don't know your name, but honestly trying to upsell someone accounts after saying sweet after a client mentioned their mom died, please take a look inside yourself.

Maggie St. Louis is such a wonderful employee at the Regions branch. She’s went above and beyond to help me with anything regarding my business account! Even when i strongly felt i wanted to close my account she’s kept me here with Regions with her kind and efficient work ethics.
