PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get more workers. WE WERE WAITING FOR 45+ min !!!! Like what’s happening. I don’t even care that they cashiers give you a dirty look. I’m just trying to make a deposit. Oh also YOUR SELF MACHINE IS MESSED UP 90% of the time. So I have to wait for someone but they literally never come. Worst regions every time.

Understaffed and they don't cross-train. Need something done that only one employee at the entire branch is capable of? You're shit out of luck if they're not in.

We came into this bank and the monsters that work here watched my 48-year-old father walk around the whole place trying to find a bathroom and a completely ignored him and acted like he wasn't even there. We literally had to walk right out of the bank and head over to 7-Eleven because they completely just ignored him. I recommend no one uses this bank ever.

This bank picked up my mortgage. They have screwed up releasing my escrow to pay my homeowner's insurance three years in a row. AVOID THIS BANK!!!

Not sure what is happening at this branch, but it is a disaster. Waiting for 20 minutes, nobody is calling for any of the waiting customers. If you want to be ignored and waste your time, come to this branch.Oh no? Look at the reviews here. Whoever is in charge of this location is not doing a great job. It takes hundreds of dollars to acquire a customer for a bank, it takes a visit or two like this to lose one.

As a Regions Bank customer for over 12 years I would never recommend this branch. Their customer service is horrible, they are extra slow, rude and almost seem bothered by your presence. I would instead go the the University location. Friendly and very helpful staff.After reading all the reviews on this page I guess it doesn’t come by surprise that I had such a negative experience when I visited this branch today. Like someone said it almost seems they hate dealing with people.
