Last week I had to come and get a new card, Tricia was super helpful as always! She is super sweet and I have gotten to know her over the years. Regions is lucky to have her. This week I came to the bank and Ruben, went out of his way to help me with an Amazon refund. He was very nice and professional. Again, Regions is lucky to have him as well! Thank you, we have been with Regions for close to 20 years. Never once have they gave me an issue to make me want to switch. Great staff, this is what makes Regions have a great name!

The people here are great, but it is always an incredibly long wait. This store needs to hire more employees, one of the slowest banks I’ve ever been to.

There is no drive through at the new location. Why build a new branch with no drive thru when the next closest branch is 20 mins away. ?♀️

My Credit Card with Regions is set up autopay to pay from external checking with another bank. But Regions keeps turning off autopay, so I incurred late charges and then took a hit (only late mark I have) on my credit report. That dropped my credit scored 80 points because their banking software is Antiquated junk. The new interface may look better, but is still old designed software running in the background.I was told from their customer service this happens when a credit card number changes, like a lost card. Auto-pay is turned off with no email or calls to let me know I need to turn it back on.My other credit cards with auto-pay have no problem keeping auto-pay turned on, even if the card number changes.They are out to scam you into thinking the credit card account is current. I didn't know I was taking late charges. Only way I found out was my other credit cards were notifying my of my credit report that took a late payment and I had to go find this out myself.Do not get a Regions Credit Card, only if you already bank with Regions checking should you try.Now I am in dispute to fix my credit report. And even now I tried to pay the balance of this credit card 5 days ago so I can stop using this credit card, and the payment is showing red and is not going through.So I have to drive to a bank location and make sure the payment is made there.

Not sure why everone complains about depositing checks, it is indeed free with Mobile and I have never had issues with services or fees. The guidelines are clear and pretty standard for accounts. Fiscal responsibility by people is probably more prominent issue.

Anytime you call this bank EVERY single teller seems to THRIVE off attempting to tell they can’t help you. Always very negative and I DREAD ever having to call them. I usually use the Lake Underhill Regions bank. I feel like they should get all new tellers who have taken a class in customer service. Everyone here is so RUDE

Worst banking experience. I never received the checking account Bonus that I was supposed to receive. Worst customer service.Followed up may times and the Banker does not even bother to answer emails.Put your money in some other bank but not this one.
