Regions Bank is a wonderful firm with a myriad of financial services to met your needs. The Sand Lake Road branch in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando is managed by a highly competent and personable Ms Carmella Barbarino. Another banker in this office that has super helpful is Ms Savitri Mash-Das. If you are looking for a bank in the area suspect you would be very happy here.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service I have received at this branch of the bank. This is the second time I have sold to this bank, and Ms. Sabrina Motto has made me feel uncomfortable and belittled with every interaction. Today, in particular, when I asked her to transfer a certain amount of money from one of my accounts, her gesture and attitude made me feel like a criminal.
I understand that the bank must follow certain processes and protocols, but there is no justification for an employee to make a customer feel this way. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Furthermore, her manager asked me to sit in his office and questioned me about the transaction I wanted to make, which is completely inappropriate.
While I can understand the need to follow procedures, I cannot comprehend how it is possible for a customer to be treated this way due to the staff's inability to handle situations properly.
I do not recommend this branch. Ms. Sabrina has a negative vibe and does not know how to educate and treat her customers with respect and dignity.
I believe that every customer has the right to be treated with dignity and respect, to receive courteous service, and to be free from discrimination.
We, the customers, have the right to:
1. Right to dignity and respect.
2. Right to courteous service.
3. Right to non-discrimination.

This is a very terrible bank. I wanted to have my social security check come to them like I had done with Chase Wells Fargo and Fairwinds Credit Union they need collected to send in the papers therefore I did not get my money. I live on 1200 a month so I got kicked out of my apartment I still don't have it today trying to straighten out the mess

Very rude staff , went in today to cash my paycheck and the lady teller started to call my employer, she had a rude attitude wrote all over my check “good for cash “ then went to the computer and told me “ I’m sorry but I can’t cash your check today go back to your employer and tell them to give you another check “ this one is not good ! Not helping at all on my way out the manager gave me a bad look and said “ have a good day “ very sarcastic! Would never open an account with them and won’t walk in there never again !

Carmella at Dr Phillips Regions bank is awesome. I bank with Chase and Wellsfargo and the service she provides me at this bank compared to other banks is the best. I don't have the same experience at other bank .
