I moved so my account was moved over to a new store. I have not been able to make a payment online or via the app since August. They have advised me that there was a ticket filed but it is now 6 months later and I still have not been able to see an update on my account. This is horrible business and customer service.

Constantly harassing, they start calling before your payment is even past due. They take it upon themselves to try to charge your credit card without permission and try to say oh it’s on auto pay when it’s not never has been and I’ve been dealing with these people for over five years.

I have used rent a center for years beyond years and even this store many times for many things. Now that I have them they won’t take my card off auto pay I DO not want it!!!! I was working with Juan to not take the payment out 2 weeks ago he did and put me negative now they weren’t suposta take it this Saturday and guess what they did again making me negative!!!!! Had a amputation of my toe that’s why I need them to work with be and looking at my pay history no reason not to but they have the worst customer service for 2 weeks I’ll call you back or manager will call you back and nothing this place is a JOKE don’t rent from here do yourself a favor!!!!!I pumped my 1 star to 5 stars because the manager made it right and she definitely understood where I was coming from I appreciate Delia !!!!

They keep my bicycle and my money the bicycle broke down they suppose to fixed the bike and the manager lie and alternate the information and said that I returned the bike saying that I dont want the bike , she suppose to fixed the bike and call me back so I can pick up the bike, every time I called she never there and the other employee saying that they can't not do-nothing about it.

It been a long time that I used rental center u tried it again but my experience this time is ok I wanted set of sofa the one I like it they didn’t had it but their where calling every day for me to get the sofas and went in the store to see if I like it one their was not to many option and because I needed a set I took one that they had in the back covered because it was a new sofa when they came to drop my sofa my son calls me and tell me that the sofa was ripped I call the store talk to the manager I don’t want no used sofa or no one to come fix it if I am paying a lot of money why can I get what I want he tells me that then I have to wait for them to find the sofa I have so they could bring the sofa and take the ripped one this been 2/3 week now payment is already due and I haven’t not even received a call from no one telling me they coming to pick up the ripped one and I have to pay for a merchandise that came to my house broke I don’t think so I need a new sofa or ya could come pick up the merchandise I will look in another place

Do not rent from here. We made order I believe was a Wednesday.I was told the Monday after order (mind you we had to call) that they would put us in for that Friday 3-6 . Had to call them Friday around 5 to see if they were still coming ( I took off early and my husband paid 40$ for a Lyft to make sure we’d be there for delivery)(also since we both work my mother came in from town to try to help with receive delivery) . They said they had us penned in for Monday not Friday . Now based on the site some of our stuff should have been available within 24hrs but we figured they’d want to drop it all off together so we waited. ( well had a king bed suit, couches ) Monday comes around and get call saying we can’t deliver drivers sick. That Tuesday we would be top priority and first drop off of the day that their guys come in at 10 and between 1030-11 they should be on road to us . Well tues morning comes around, there’s no call , there’s no truck, no stuff delivered . Just canceled our order and getting money back. It’s not worth the headache.

This whole process was a nightmare. After going back and forth between the phone, text messages, emails, I was finally sent my agreement. Honestly surprised it's more difficult to rent a couch than it is to rent a car. When the delivery showed up I was presented with a receipt that stated more than what I had already agreed to the night before and also had a different payment agreement checked (weekly v monthly). I discovered later that this was just a copy of a form that had been filled out previously and the boxes that were checked were essentially moot. I let the gentleman who presented me with the receipt know that they needed to get this fixed because it is very confusing and unprofessional to not have a blank form filled out for each customer. After signing, I asked if they were going to unbox the couch and they said they couldn't "due to COVID". The guy brought the couch in two very large boxes using a dolly and here I am, one person, supposed to put this thing together. Task was doable but at this point I was already annoyed at the whole process. Going back to the higher price that was presented to me in person versus what I had initially signed the night before, it turned out to be an optional liability fee. Key word being OPTIONAL. I felt like I was arguing with the gentleman on the phone about not wanting to pay for an "optional" service. So no, I do not recommend this Rent-A-Center maybe the other National stores are better but this one fell way below expectations. Delivery guys were nice enough but even they seemed irritated with how the in store operations were being handled.

Only reason this place is getting a one star is because the delivery drivers are nice and professional. The store employees especially Alex is extremely rude, and does NOT know how to do his job. I asked him to change my store to his and add my agreement to my account and he did not know how to do that and gave me a support number to call. I have dealt with RAC before and that is the stores job to do, and to this day I still do not have my agreement on my account, and yet they continue to take my money, without me seeing what's left on my agreement to pay. I am thinking of canceling my card so they cant take a payment until they fix the problem.
