Idk why my name shows up as this but I went Saturday to get something fixed on all 4 wheel an tires because the semeron location made some mistakes and put my tire on inside out, no bearing rings, no wheel weights, then I come here I apologize if it was last minute but then I leave get an alignment by there Firestone voucher made it home to them try to drive next day an 2 lug nuts fell off on there own only noticed because my car sounded like a tire exploded on itself to then get stuck on side of road an see the 2 lugs nuts fell out the bottom left I was able to just take off an then all 5 on passenger rear where loose coming off as well iam actually lucky the rear tires didn’t just fly off an cause to me crash an need to get in contact with corporate as soon as possible they keep saying there is no corporate number but this is not okay at all in any way shape or form my well being was played with an it’s just sad if I wouldn’t have pulled over when I did what could’ve happened

Had Naomi help me out with everything, she was very lovely and caring has amazing personality and easy to vibe with, took care of me the entire time. Reggie took care of me even after closing hours. Going above and beyond for me was amazing work. Love how my car came out.

I went to buy a 33 inch Tires for my truck and the personal Really rude and Horrible customer service even for the managementI was a loyal customer for more than five years and this is one of the stores that you don’t wanna come, they want to sell you what they want not what the customer needs,

My wife had two accounts at this place paid off both accounts and still got charged by autopay after paying account. Off the manager Eddie don’t care about customers the young Lady has a attitude like somone owe her u pay good money to be treated like garbage go else where for tire service Vinney the assistant manager is great just need to replace other two bad apples I will never shop me again did not even wheel locks for my car beware avoid this place

I was going to get wheels and tires from these guys until I saw the absolute worst customer service in my life they over charged my friend three payments after he paid off his wheels stating it’s automatically charged by the system the Spanish lady in the shop atttiude is deplorable and Eddie the Gm is worst do not go here
