All things considered, I would give 10/10 to ROI in properly assessing my property rental values, finding rental income for me, and handling the whole money part. I have been dealing with this company for 6 years to rent out my timeshare. Definitely one of the good guys. Very clear in instruction, have provided a home for all of my credits every year. The extra money is well needed, especially during the festive seasons. Happy holidays Colin and company!
