Me and my friend are from Wisconsin and stopped by during our vacation, the store had literally almost all of my favorite records, and even better it had a standing dog. One of my favorite experiences I’ve ever had, let alone a record store. If I could rate more than 5 stars I really would.

Rude and unfriendly, walked in and the two workers just stared at me. I browsed the shelves and took a picture of a vinyl I liked as I was going to purchase and then someone came over and said no pictures allowed they then asked me to leave. If no pictures is the policy that’s fine but the handling of it wasn’t friendly at all. Just a horrible experience and they looked like that had no interest in helping me out at all

Great find! Was getting lunch with my family at Pom Pom and stopped in. Owner is very knowledgeable and they have an amazing array of vinyl, CDs, and even DVDs.

The owner Steve is very pleasant, you can tell he really cares about records and his customers. He will never rush you out of the store and will always make you feel welcome. He also keeps his dog Cody behind the counter and he’s the sweetest little dog you’ll ever see, makes the whole experience better.

We visited Retro Records in Orlando and were impressed by the vast amount of vinyl, all in excellent condition and many new vinyls. Excellent service, great attention when explaining things to us and we ended up buying several vinyls on two visits to Retro Records. For those who love to enjoy sound on vinyl, I highly recommend Retro Records.
