I came in to get a tire alignment for a great deal. Turns out my vehicle wasn’t able to be worked on, but they still did the best that they could. In turn, they were so kind not to charge me for my service. The customer service was great. Everybody was really kind and helpful.

On hold for 20 minutes, I ask if they have or can order tires for my Honda Fit. And he tells me to come in and order them. I politely ask to confirm my options. And apparently they can only order winter tires for my car (That I drive in Florida, it never freezes or snows here bud) I don’t understand why I was treated the way I was treated. Like it’s impossible for them to help me, and ridiculous that I would ask. Some people shouldn’t be allowed to interact with customers. And hopefully everyone has a more positive day going forward. Life suck and then we die, at least try to make it bearable; Stay Positive!

Be careful when you do business with this place I was set up with 4 months same as cash and 4 months passed and I was still being charged and they would not honor the contract they lied new manager there is not good at all I was a loyal customer there and bought a few times but I will never do business with this place again and to top it off I had to pay over 200$ to close my account even on paper they don’t honor their customers zero rating from me

I bought a car several months ago and it never rode properly, I was told I needed the right tires. The team at RNR on Lee Road hooked me up with 4 brand new tires, no money due for 2 weeks and affordable payments! It's like driving a total different vehicle now.
