Candy Apple is Ok. It's made little sloppy so it's a very thin layer. Too expensive for what you get

Do not f*cking go here. Especially if you have a peanut allergy. First, an employee saw me and made eye contact, I smiled and waved and then she looked away and ignored me. After about three minutes, a young man came out and I asked for my ice cream to be made separately because I have a SEVERE peanut allergy. He asked if it was fine if he didn't mix the toppings I asked for, (rainbow sprinkles and gummy bears), with the ice cream because since he had to get the ice cream from an unopened container from the back it would be harder to mix. "That's fine, no worries. Just put the toppings on top please" I said to him. After about six minutes of waiting, he comes out and brings out the ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and m&m's on top. "Okay, maybe he forgot" I thought to myself. I very politely reminded him that I wanted gummy bears and not m&m's. He turned around to the big trash can behind him, held the ice cream over the trashcan and scooped the m&m's out... at this point I was getting pretty annoyed. He then looked back at me and asked if I wanted to gummy bears on the ice cream. I asked him if he could make the ice cream again, since I didn't know what kind of m&m's those were and if there had been any cross contamination with peanuts. He stared at me like I was the most annoying person on the phase of this earth, sighed and just turned and slammed that ice cream right in the trash can. I had to wait another 6 minutes before he came out with the ice cream I had ordered. This great experience only cost me about $9! That's including the terrible customer service, pace and attitude of the staff :)

We are here at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center for a weekend conference. After some meetings and a social gathering on this Saturday night , my wife and I decided that ice cream would be a nice way to close the evening. I walked into the mall from the hotel and checked the mall's touch screen map and saw that Cold Stone Creamery would be open for fifteen more minutes. It took two or three minutes to get there, but the counter person playing with his cell phone ignored me. Finally I caught his eye and said I would like some ice cream. He said they were closed. I checked my phone and pointed out that it wasn't even ten minutes before closing yet. He didn't answer but looked back down at his phone. Mind you, the lights were all still on and nobody was cleaning or other signs of preparing to close. I shrugged and left. But as it happened, I think now I should thank the young man for two reasons. One, because I've been meaning to buy a Groupon and check out Cold Stone Creamery, and now I am saved the trouble, and also because on the way back to our room, I stopped at the hotel's Grab and Go shop, which featured very expensive drinks and snacks. However, for some reason, the Ben and Jerry pints of ice cream were reasonably priced, the same as Breyer's and less than a smaller dish of ice cream at Cold Stone would have been. And Ben and Jerry's - the best. I do love a happy ending. As a side note, the hours the mall touch screen shows and those on Cold Stone's website disagree. So play it safe and go check out the Grab and Go instead.

Worst customer service I have ever had to go through. I was on line by myself with no help, then 3 people lined up at coldstone(the joint store next to this), and they were all getting help before me. I pointed at the employee #1 and asked if I had to line up, no response, after I line up at coldstone to ask for pricing, 3 customers walk to the chocolate side and get help, again before me. Finally, another employee #2 walks out to help the employee #1 which finally made employee #1 free so I could ask how much were chocolates, she didnt know any prices and the other coworker just says $27.99...one employee told me each section had different prices, then the second employee just states everything is $27.99 per pound...thanks but no thanks.
