I thought this place was supposed to help your when you child has to be in the hospital or is in the hospital my daughter is supposed to get surgery and will be in the hospital for 2 days i understand theres other people who has to be able to be there because of their babies but how can you turn someone away because i have 4 other kids and cant visit my daughter while in surgery its just so i can be closer to her while shes in surgery and when its time to go i can be right there for when she goes into surgery and when she gets out of observation they definitely arent like they used to be i like it better when they were more caring and loved seeing families with their babies/kids or child no matter the circumstance back in 2016

As current "residents" of the RMHC I can't say enough good things. During the hardest time of our lives the staff have continued to be warm and welcoming. Being that we live 2 hours away with a newborn in the NICU at Winnie Palmer we needed a way to be close to him and the Ronald McDonald House helped provide that security we needed.

Allowed us with ease and comfort to take care of our child. Such a comphy bed! Although shaped as the last parents that took solice there. Lol So MUCH better and comforting than the piece of plywood and pleather at the hospital! They were so kind and wonderful! I miss the days of old when we could socialize but appreciate so much the wonderful things that they still try to provide in these trying times.

My daughter-in-law and son stay here while their newborn daughter is in the NICU at Winnie Palmer Hospital. I can't say enough about the beautiful accommodations made available by generous donations. Absolutely love this place and all of the staff! I had my daughter at 34 weeks and she was in the NICU for a month and a half! Thanks to these amazing people I was able to be with her everyday of her stay

Don't go here if you are from out of state. Went here when my son was in Florida with kidney failure. I got turned away because I was from out of state. Plus, they ask you for 20$ a night per person that stays. If, it is free to help the parents then why even ask for
