Came with my husband for our anniversary and had a blast. The service was nice and there was plenty to do. I would recommend this place as well as visit again.

You can't beat the price for this place , best bang for your buck for a luxury hotel. If I'm ever visiting Orlando this is my go to place to stay. From parking to service to your room to the location you absolutely cannot beat it.

This hotel is nice and they have a lot of amenities. The top flight security on the other hand is ridiculous. They want you to walk all over and around the hotel to be able to get to your vehicle because they want to redo the parking lot and not have a system in place for their guests. Then the overweight security wants to laugh in your face. Maybe he needs to be the one doing the walking around the building. Overall horrible experience and rude customer service. Can’t wait to fill out the survey they send when I check out :)

Pros:
Hotel is quite nice. Got a great deal! There are little shops on the first floor. Pool is nice has a bar within 20 feet with TVs. Bathrooms could be updated but overall everything was clean.
Location is excellent, walking distance to the convention center. 20 min to Disney world. Right off of international drive.
Con:
AC is motion sensored so when you go to sleep it turns off and is terrible to sleep in a hot stuffy room. YouTube how to make the thermostat manual mode and it won't be an issue anymore.
Valet is 40 per night. Self park is 28. Day pass is 40.
It would be nice to have a buffet with the room for breakfast.
One of the restaurants was permanently closed.
Overall: I would stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay until it was check out. I really don't like when I haven't checked out yet and the housekeeping employees were already in the room moving my stuff. Check out 11 and it was 9:30 am! Besides that I really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful rooms very clean and tidy. Lovely pool area and we never had an issue getting a lounger. Staff were very friendly . We had an issue with our shower not working and we reported it to reception. The shower was fixed within the hour . We have stayed at several locations on under airport drive and although we loved the hotel we found the location was just a little bit to far out of the way. We do love a walk but after doing the parks all day we like to be able to walk to dinner but just found that we would have liked to have been a little closer to the pointe. Haven’t got a bad thing to say about the hotel it is lovely .

They are very rude at this hotel, checking agent gave me attitude the whole time checking in to the point where I had to ask her if she knew I was a paying customer because I was so confused how someone working front desk could give so much attitude after I said hello and was being kind. But it didn’t end with her. Nearly everyone there was rude to me or would ignore me. I asked for towels since room service didn’t come by Saturday to clean and they never even sent them. Horrible service in a beautiful hotel

Excellent rooms and very attentive staff, very clean, spacious. The only downside is that there is really nothing at all in the area other than the convention center.

I recently spent a week end at the Hotel on Saturday night we were locked out of our room because the front desk stated we didn’t leave a credit card on file which we did at check in the clerk who checked us in insisted that we did not and that was why we were locked out it took him at least 25 minutes to straighten out the problem before we could get back into our room. No apology for his being wrong.
Food and drinks: We ate in 3 of the restaurants they were very good especially the Everglades highly recommend

Great hotel, attached to the convention center. Try Harry's Poolside for dinner, it is excellent.

The hotel was grossly understaffed for having 3 conferences scheduled during the weekend that I stayed. Check in lines were long, there were long waits for luggage to be delivered, I waited an hour for my luggage to be picked up and another hour for valet to bring my car around. When calling the valet during checkout there was no answer. While I was at the valet desk I witnessed the valet attendant pick up and immediately hang up the phone that had been ringing for a number of minutes. The housekeeping staff was borderline harassing me to leave my room. They knocked on my door 45 minutes before the check out time (11am) and asked me when I was leaving. Then they knocked again before the check out time and then again after 11am, I happened to still be there because of the delay with bell stand picking up my luggage. The experience overall was just "ok" before the terrible checkout experience, but after experiencing checkout I felt it was terrible overall. This hotel needs to do much better. First and last impressions are critical and this hotel failed at both.
