I killed 4 roaches in my room‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ at almost 1am they had to move me to another room and I got 0 apology. As a matter of fact when I went to complain to the front desk. There was a roach crawling on the front desk wall. I had to show the front desk manager Josh while I was standing there. They told me the only way they can give me any compisation is if I checked out at 1am and find another hotel.

I've stayed at the Rosen Inn multiple times. Great location, good service and good rooms. Sadly, last week when I was checking-in I got the news the hotel would start charging for parking. The actual main reason why I chose to stay at the Rosen the first time I did about three years ago was the free parking, and since then every time I've been to Orlando I've stayed there.

Let say…you get what you pay for! This “resort” (lol) is by far the worst so- called resort I have ever seen. It’s clean-nasty! Run down! The room I was given in Bldg 400, the restroom had a small toddler top on top of a regular toilet with a huge gap in the front! The charge $10 per night stay (for parking), if you have guest coming to visit, they pay as well and good luck finding parking at night. Only thing good is the location.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were surprised to learn there was a $10 parking fee, which was never mentioned during the booking process. When we raised the issue, both Liz and Josh the manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not even apologize for not having the parking fees listed in the reservation and just stated that it started today. Liz, in particular, ignored me while I was speaking, and only responded after I pointed out that I was talking to her.
Any hotel that values its reputation should treat its guests with basic respect and decency, and be fully transparent about all charges from the beginning. Surprising customers with hidden fees and treating them with blatant disregard is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The lack of transparency and the disrespectful attitude from the staff made our stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

I wasn’t able to stay the night. I checked in and choked the beds as I always do. Both beds had hairs underneath. I checked further and one of them had blood stains. Found hair in the bathroom. I think the place has potential, just needs better care

Clean rooms with adequate space and amenities. Pool is nice and you need your room key to access it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to the Universal theme parks. Would stay here again.

U.K visitor. Pre-booked and paid for x4 nights. Arrived 18:00 and had already left by 06:00 the following morning after alternative accommodation had been sourced elsewhere.
In brief, the hotel is disgusting!
I did my due diligence before hand however remained open minded until we got into the room.
Room had a really strong and pungent damp smell. Although the bed sheets appeared clean, the bed(s) were damp and the mattresses completely shot.
Mould in the bathroom and as for the carpet, whatever you do, don’t take your footwear off. Room furniture was tatty and likewise smelt strongly of damp and very dirty.
More than 1 of us have also got several bites on us!
Communal hotel areas were as tatty as the room, and likewise the carpets everywhere where life expired about 20 years ago.
Communal furniture in lobby was shabby and dirty.
For U.K visitors, my default standard for comparison is Premier Inn. This hotel was nowhere near a U.K Premier Inn standard.
Please avoid under all circumstances. For reference I’ve not even asked for a refund as we couldn’t get out quick enough.
This review just waits a A.I response from the hotel thanking me for my observations and telling all that they will look to address the issues.

Everything was great! Except for the pre authorization hold they have yet to release, even though my stay was 9 days ago. Really sucks that they keep your money locked up like this way after you check out. Disappointed for sure, and really put a damper on the rest of my trip.
UPDATE: 30 days later and STILL the hold hasn't been returned. They also haven't replied to my emails about this either.

An OK, but really affordable hotel, on a great location on international drive in Orlando. Super close to universal. Also a lot of restaurants, and shops located nearby.
The hotel is old, and worn. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The location and price, weighs up for the old standard.

Nice place with comfy beds. The property is gated and felt very safe. No parking fees or resort fees. Right across from universal.

Great location if you want to be minutes from Universal and SeaWorld without paying the higher prices! The quality of the rooms was great and the customer service was amazing! My family and I normally stay at on site universal hotels, but stayed here on our last trip and the customer service was the best I have ever received at any hotel in the area! The prices were great and every staff member that we interacted with here was kind and very knowledgeable on any questions we had. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in the area!
