Very poor staffing. There was 1 lady on a cashier and we waited nearly an hour. No management appeared to add a cashier. We felt very bad for this poor lady handling a line that wrapped around the store.

The people here doesn't want to work. There is more than 10 cliebts in the queue and only 2 counters. Another girl behind is organizing boxes instead o attending Clients. A real bad experience

Worst Ross I think I have ever been to. Came here thinking it would be nice since it’s on Millenia, was very wrong. Nothing but ONE cashier. There was a total of 22 people in line, other workers just walking around seemingly doing nothing. When we asked one of the employees if they could possible get on the register to help their coworker we were ignored, she looked at us, said “No” and continued walking away looking at her cellphone. Absolutely unbelievable. Never coming to this establishment again.

I love shopping at this Ross in particular. They tend to have amazing deals on a wide variety of name brand purchases. I like that their loss prevention program has never harassed me even being a minority. Their customer service provides a great experience and I can't wait to go back to see what new merchandise has arrived.

Ross store in Milenia.
Many Brazilians, the store also has everything, bed, table and bath, men's, women's and children's. Shoes, sneakers, suitcases, household items, armchairs, lamps, as well as a huge parking lot.
If you search, you will find designer clothes at low prices, as well as other products, but you have to be patient.
