THIS IS THE SLOWEST ROSS EVER. WE WERE IN LINE FOR OVER AN HOUR BECAUSE TWO PEOPLE DECIDED TO BUY THE ENTIRE STORE IT SEEMS. MAYBE THE CASHIERS ARE SLOW OR SOMETHING BUT IT TOOK 2 CASHIERS AN HOUR TO HELP ONE PERSON EACH. WHEN THE FIRST TWO CASHIERS FINISH WITH THEIR ONE CUSTOMER THEY BOTH LEFT LEAVING THE MASSIVE LINE BEHIND. IF YOU SEE A HUGE LINE WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE THECHECKOUT STATION TO DO SOMETHING ELSE?! but the 3rd cashier (who became the ONLY cashier) who helped us was very lovely i have to say that. she was very polite and worked very well under the rush.

Worst place ever, Ross is hiring unprofessional employees, it is such a mess,every one is a manager,there a black guy considering himself a manager ( i don't know if he is lying or not with a budge)was so rude and does not even know how to deal with issues and stupidly cancel my transaction cuz i was busy talking on the phone and i didn't took off the hangers for the rude cashier ,my daughter was craying for the way they acted and their rudness,cashier with attitude, careless and disrespectful
I will never go there ,Ross should hire better employees who care about their valuable customers,
Worst employees and the most rude ones in there

The employees never answer the phone line. Does not matter what time of day. They do not answer. And I thought Walmart was bad with that. Seems like this specific Ross store on OBT is worse. Why have a phone line if you are not going to answer it. Hopefully they answer when their boss calls.

This Ross is less chaotic than the others in Orlando.
It was a Tuesday night and it wasn't crowded.
From what I could see, all the stores basically have the same things.
And they're all identical: aisles with racks of clothes in a huge mess of options, often out of order, but with unbeatable prices.
