I do love Ross but whats the deal with just 1 register open when there is CLEARLY a long line of people waiting. Thats outrageous!

I swear THEEEEE WORST!! Only 1 cashier with a line wrapped around the corner and no Manger in site. I literally watched 5 people walk out and leave their items behind and ended up doing the same thing which was frustrating. If anyone from corporate is reading this please hire more people for this location. Not coming back. I am driving 20 minutes to another fully staffed location to avoid the aggravation. Photo included for reference. This was a Thursday afternoon at 2:30/3:30pm. Just a shame.

I always go to all Ross stores and the service is wonderful. However, the service at this Ross store is AWFUL. Don't go there because you will be mistreated. I called the attendant to release some bags that were tied together and that I couldn't look at properly. After 30 minutes of waiting, she arrived to release the bags, but she was in very bad taste. I realized that she didn't want to go there and take the bags. I chose the bags that I wanted to look at and I was going to take two bags. She took them away and when I was going to look at them, she started being super rude and ignorant to me and my husband, asking why I hadn't chosen them before. I was trying to explain to her that I was going to take two bags but I couldn't look at them because they were too close together. And she kept yelling and being ignorant to us. We have never been so badly treated and mistreated in a Ross store as in this one. Both the girl who went to get the bags and the girl at the cashier treated us badly. I will never go back there again.

The fact that this store is in a high traffic area and on most days they only have 1 person working the cash register but for the holiday you decided to put 2. I could understand if you are short staffed but to have the manager talking and laughing while there is 50 people in line is ridiculous. I walk out everytime I walk in. I’d rather drive 30 minutes away to the next Ross than to shop at this store.

8pm on a Saturday night with 1 cashier is beyond insane, we stayed in line for 30 minutes for 1 single item.

Ross always has a good selection.
But it lacked in organizing and lastly there was only one person on the register despite there being 6 or more registers in the front end other then these two things Ross always has great deals and the people were actually nice including the security.

This is how you show appreciation? 1 cashier YOU HAVE ME WAITING 1 HOUR FOR WHAT ? VERY DISRESPECTFUL ESTABLISHMENT TO HAVE ME WAIT LIKE THIS...... WHY ARE THE ALARMS GOING OFF EVERY 2 MINUTES DO YOU THINK FOR EVEN FOR A SECOND THAT ITS ENJOYABLE TO SHOP HERE ? FIX UP
