  Prices are great. Friendly people working there. I felt safe because they have a security officer at the door. Very busy as all the Ross stores seem to be.

  The products have incorrect labels, the employees do not check what they bill for and are rude.
  
  In my case I bought some tennis shoes for 13 dollars, I did not measure them because they were supposedly my size and I did not give them much detail when I saw the supposed size and price, the next day at home I prepared them to wear them (I removed the labels) and I proceeded to put them on and surprise, the size was not what it said (they were too big for me), when I went to return them and present the receipt to the same cashier who served me, she treated me almost as if I were trash, saying that she had never worn them. Seen, that it was not the receipt, that they were used, and that it was not the receipt of the sale, anyway people, go to another Ross, in this one they treat you badly because yes and everything remains so disordered that they never find anything, the Tennis shoes were not a problem for me, there was a homeless man on the corner and I gave them to him so he could wear them for the first time.

  15 ALARMS 🚨 going off all over the store at all times. The Loss Prevention dude just stands there… what is his job anyways? The employees don’t even look for the items going off they wait for customers to come bring them the things but it’s a game of bop it!!!

  The worst and am not talking about the employees, am going to be very expecific this goes to the manager he said he was the manager supposedly his name is Cristopher at least that’s what he said over the phone trying to asked about a merchandised that I was charged and was not put on my bag together with the rest of my stuff, he didn’t wanted to help even tho I told him to just check for me because I live far away from the store and he replied with attitude I was in shock very unprofessional he was very rude and even hung up on me. There was no need for that maybe he was tired, lazy and wanted to go home but that’s not how you treat customers I will neverrr ever go back unless he’s no longer in that store. I worked in customer service and regardless the situation there is other ways to handle it and hanging up the phone on my face was not professional.

  They have decided to place alarms on everything and they keep going off nonstop, all over the store. Piercing, loud, infuriating sirens coming from everywhere at once and all employees just ignore it. I can't think, less alone shop! It's awful. And they just told us the bathrooms are out of order. Right, all of them.

  I had by far one of the worst experiences in this specific store with the night shift manager, they had a perfume (in a case) tagged and exhibited in the rack selling with two different prices $4,99 and $19,99 and they decided to charge me the highest rate, when I claimed she said she couldn’t allow me to have the product with the fair lower price because supposedly it was “a mistake” and she conveniently took the product and refused to sell it. They are misleading with the products and they just say “sorry” but don’t honor the prices as many other stores and refuse to sell the items at the tagged price.
