There is no other store that compares to Ross as far as low prives and quality. Even on tuesday we seniors get 10% discount. Which other store do that? No one ellse. Thanks God for Ross!!!

Horrible service, and a messy store with blatant disregard for safety and fire code.
I stopped in today to find some shoes , when I walked in the store looked to be in compleat disaster with stacks of boxes everywhere blocking pathways. Once I made it back to the shoes there were horrible sorted much like ever ross.
But luckily I found a pair of shoes so I headed to the register, but finding the line was near impossible they had two lanes neather marked and turns out the first one was a dead end to the employees counter. When I finally got in the line of 5 people and one cashier. II stoped there waiting for a second cashier to come up but only to have a conversation and replace the first cashier leaving us still with one one cashier and a growing line.
After checking out you walk right into all the carts that block the only exit of the building what a disgrace for safety blocking your only exit with shipping carts .
I will never shop at this death trap of a Ross again.

I don’t usually review retail stores, but the staff here is super friendly. The security guard working on the 11/26 at 8:30pm- So, so friendly! He has such a great smile. You can tell he likes making peoples day and enjoys his job. Makes a huge difference in the experience and I’m sure he doesn’t even realize it!
