As a real estate agent, I don't have much time to be in stores, especially in outlets, and I don't really like shopping online either. Every month I send a lot of clothes to my little brothers who don't stop growing, and Ross saves my life, since I sometimes buy him clothes that are normally $80 for $15, the quality is good and they are modern clothes.
I recommend going on Monday or Tuesday as soon as they open because afterward there can be a long wait to pay since they don't have many cashiers lately.
I also know that there is a day that those over 55 years old receive like an extra 10%, I think they are Tuesdays.

Horrible customer service! I was returning sandals I purchased for my daughter for a different size or different style same price purchased within 48 hours from the time I tried getting her right size. I didn’t have my receipt but I showed them my online banking had the Ross store number date of transaction etc. They told me they will do it for me only if I pay a donation at the register! That was very manipulative, I’m not here to make negotiations, just wanted the right size for my daughter. Unbelievable.

We loved visiting Ross! The store always has great finds at very low prices. During our visit, I found Mugler's Angel perfume at an excellent price, which was a great surprise. In addition, the variety of products is huge, with options for all tastes. It's always worth taking your time to browse, because each time you visit you can find something incredible and with great discounts. If you like to search for good deals, Ross is a place you can't miss!
