Rotech Oxygen Supplies exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction. From the moment I interacted with their customer service representatives, I was impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. Despite needing supplies earlier than scheduled, Rotech's Orlando distribution center promptly provided me with the necessary items, showcasing their commitment to meeting their customers' needs. I highly recommend Rotech Oxygen Supplies for their top-notch service and reliability in delivering essential medical supplies.

I give this company and location zero stars f rating as the lady answering the phone is very rude . If you need standing aid, standing wheelchair, commode chair w/seat lift mech or commode w/arm that raises they don't have you are waiting your time. I will not recommend anyone to use this company for anything they are rude and very poor service.

It's been 3 months trying to get a CPAP machine from this company. They are unorganized and tell you lies everytime you call.

TIME Rotech Healthcare, Inc. is the worst company to deal with. I've had a CPAP machine for 7 months now and they have never sent me a correct bill. Every time I call I get someone that does not speak English! Today I spoke to five different people! Either I get transferred to another department and put on hold for 20+ minutes or I speak to somebody that doesn't understand English! I'm at the point of returning the machine and dealing with my health problems! What in the world has this country become! Don't go there! Find another company!

I am having the worst experience, I went with my SD card to the Orlando office and I was told to upload the compliance report myself to the machine's website. I am tech savvy and even I, cannot upload the documentation from that SD card.I've been trying to troubleshoot with everybody over Rotech's side and they all send me to different people to end up nowhere. Chat people tell me to call, when I call, they tell me to go in person, when you go to their office, they tell you to do it yourself. You get a lot of money from us using these machines, FIX your company.UPDATE: I had to come to their office again, and it had been 2 hours and a half anf counting....waiting for the "SD card to read". It is the incompetence that does it for me. They leave the door locked and make you call a number that makes you wait for a long time, there's no one making sure to open to the customer or providing services to the customer.

This company is dishonest and schemes people out of money. They take advantage of people in need. They rent equipment to patients at 12 times the value of the equipment. $200/mo for example for equipment worth only $200.00 total. Then they bill you for it and extort money from you by hurting your credit history if you don't pay. This should be illegal and probably is. Shame on anyone working for Rhema or Rotech.

(6/28/22 - 10/22/22) I have been in wound care since March 2022. I was supposed to get a wound care vac. The rep from Rotech showed up with the unit. She then took it back with her when my wound became infected. But she didn't tell anyone. So I get a bill from Rotech for $1700. They tell me that's my portion after my insurance company's copay. I tell them that I never received the unit. Actually I was dealing with Blue Dot Respiratory. They bought Rotech. Blue Dot said that they didn't have any information about my account, or the wound vacuum. The representative from Rotech had failed to update my account & no one had any current information. Blue Dot attempted to get in touch with Rotech & failed. The wound care center attempted to get in touch with Rotech and failed as well. As a last resort I got BCBS involved as they had paid for services that weren't rendered. Eventually BCBS had me on a conference call with Rotech. Rotech admitted that they were in the wrong and wiped out the bill that they had generated and that they would send back the money that BCBS had given to them. Eventually I received the wound vac and its been a good unit. Rotech however continued to try to charge me for the vac rental & for supplies. I had to get BCBS involved again. I'd already met my deductibles. (10/20/22) I received another bill from Rotech. It's time to get BCBS involved again. The last conversation that I had with my patient advocate at BCBS revealed that Rotech had not credited my account. They continue to bill me for services that are already paid for. It's so frustrating to deal with this company.

My doctor ordered my cpap machine through Rotech after he had sent the order to another company that had the order for 3 months and never delivered it.. I received a call from them the next day letting me know they received my order and once they received my insurance authorization, they would call me back to schedule the setup. A couple days later they called and we arranged for them to ship the unit to me. The whole process was nice and easy. I did have to make a appointment to get a different mask, but it was easy to schedule.. When I went to their office, everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant.

CPAP supplies have taken a month to ship, and even then, I had to call and complain about the delay... they researched and could not provide a reason for the delay. ROTECH refused to overnight my order unless I paid for it in advance. ROTECH also had IMMEDIATELY charged my card the day I ordered supplies a month ago. I wonder how long it would have taken to ship my supplies if I had not been persistent today. I've been a customer for many years, but it looks like it's time to change suppliers, as they would seem to have ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN FOR MY HEALTH. What a poor company policy!(!?!?!?!!!)

Horrible customer service, with the exception of Candace, the respiratory therapist. Candace very friendly and welcoming. Unlike the other staff that I spoke with in sleep central and equipment. Staff speak in monotone voice, very dry, not welcoming at all. I decided to discontinue using the CPAP machine and learned that because my supplies were on an automatic schedule, I can't return products that I received after I decided to discontinue use. If a customer decides to discontinue services, brand new supplies just received should be able to be returned. The products are no good to me and will be wasted. However, my insurance will be charged and I will have to pay the extra amount my insurance won't cover. With so much waste in our society and companies always trying to get more from our insurance, when will the time come when we can be kind and work together!

Lake Mary physical therapy ordered oxygen for me with Rotech. When I could breath on my own I contacted them for pick up. This was two weeks ago and I am still waiting. They told us that a doctor had to contact them that it was no longer needed. We had primary doc contact them twice and still no pick up. I contacted Humana and told them they were just using insurance for payments and refused to pick up oxygen equipment. Hoping to solve this soon. I will not pay them for the time they refused to respond for pick up. Not recommended to anyone needing oxygen and service.

DO NOT EVER USE ROTECH… we used them for my wife’s home oxygen after COVID. When we called for them to pick it up after we were done and they would no show on the pick up date or not come in the window so no one was home… this went on for 6 months. Now a whole year later they are threatening to sue her stating that she owes them 200 dollars for the months that they were using our home as a storage unit for their equipment that they would not pick up! This is criminal! I would go without oxygen before using these crooks again!

Received a hospital bed from them for my husband. Had excellent service from the start to finish. Even when we had a small issue the manager was very helpful and took care of my concerns right away.
