We really want to have a good lunch as our flight was at 12:30 pm to NJ but this server keep telling I am busy please wait and eventually she came to take our order and already been late and she was so rude and instead of any apologies she said we can’t do anything we are busy and your food will come in 30 minute whether wait or leave.The way the server Lucit spoke was so impolite and she went and attended other tables ignoring us. Totally unacceptable behavior

Why they still im business is beyond me.Food: chicken grilled sandwich, o-ring was stale, tasted like it came out ofnthe microwaveService: two ppl was hosting have issues/additudes, the look on there faces when sitting you (NOTE: DO NOT sit on table 23 and 24, the servers area to pick up orders they are ver loud and rude talking.Atmosphere: after work/or on vacation, this area did not gave a good vibe, adding the other two (food/Service) make you wanna just leave the table and just go get a simple burger/chicken.Not onlt at airport but other places i've been to, Ruby Tuesday needs a MAJOR make over.

Terrible and slow service. Ordered scrambled eggs and bacon. All tables were empty. Waited 25 minutes with no progress in sight. We had to walk because there was no chance of receiving our food or even a hint of communication. All the staff looked angry that they were employed.

I am SHOCKED to see that one mixed drink is $25? How do you charge $25 for two ounces of vodka?? Warning to anyone traveling! And the server charged us for two diet cokes when we ordered water. Refused to remove the charge. I have no issue tipping or spending money i work in the industry but this was flat out ROBBERY! Stay away!

Had the wedge salad with blue cheese bacon and fried shrimp. Service was EXCELLENT. The Rose Spritzer was SUPER strong like I needed returning from cruise vacation! ? But I could've made a better salad @ home. Not "super" disappointed since I wasn't expecting much from a company that is not only almost bankrupt and shuttered almost 75% of its restaurants but also located in an airport and in the "armpit" of U.S states... FloridaKid-friendliness: LOTS of kids. BAD news for me, but I guess great news for families ??

Restaurant was half but still waited for 13 minutes at the front as I watched the manager walk by me 3 times, and other associates do the same before I decided to leave.

Food arrived late, but you know what, they were slammed and when the food arrived it was good. I recommend the cocktails but stay away from the cheese platter appetizer, not worth the 18 bucks for a few pastrami and like 4

Hostess was nice, but I did witness another server put her hand out and shove another male server by his shoulder with an attitude saying "Excuse me" as she rolled her eyes. The server was quick and effective but has zero personality, lacked in service, and when he greeted me, he expected me to place my order all at once. No wonder some of these restaurants closed down. The best part of my meal was the fries. The sandwich was disgusting. It was a boiled chicken breast sandwich with ZERO condiments. I had to ask for mayo and mustard. I should've eaten at the asian fast food restaurant and had a better meal.

Waited to be seated. Stood there for 15 minutes, and the host never showed up to seat us. Another customer walked right in and got a menu without anyone searing here. We walked away to ask a lady who worked there that was by the bar if we had to wait or not. She said we would have to wait. I asked her about the host, and she said she's right there. I turned around, and the host was helping a gentleman out. I saw her while we waited that long time because we weren't even acknowledged. I don't want to make this about race but initially this is what it looked like as the woman that sat down without being seated was white and the guy that the host was helping after we walked off was white. I'll just chalk it up to be trash customer service. I'll never visit this establishment or any other Ruby Tuesday locations. I'll also be sure to let my family and friends know how we were treated.

At Ruby Tuesdays in the airport and was greeted by a nasty waitress saying it will be 45 to and hour to get food. So we sat down and ordered from another vendor and are eating inside this establishment. Even nachos would take an hour. Chips and dip. People are complaining throughout the restaurant. She said: “I don’t care if you order from another place”.
